The staff at the hotel especially the receptionist Ivana was so hospitable and helpful. She recommended restaurants in the old town. Arranged taxi for numerous trips. The pool facilities were so comfortable the hotel provide towels. The room was spacious and spotless. The open balcony had a pleasant view of the ocean, which is a shortish walk away. The breakfast had an ample selection of fruit and coffee. So I liked it. The coffee was good. There was a generous array of cereals, yoghurt, pastries and others too.

Every single staff member was so friendly, welcoming and attentive which really made our experience here great. The pool was lovely, a good size, never too busy and they provided pool towels too. They also let us use it pre and post check out which was really nice of them. The hotel was a short walk from the beach and some nice beach bars. Dinner was definitely a highlight - we went for half board and it was a 3 course meal. All delicious and not what you would expect from 3* at all (way nicer!). Also, my boyfriend is gluten free and they ensured there was lots of choice for him, and always gave him huge baskets of gf bread too.

The room was a bit dated, but we did have a little balcony, and for the price it was still good. Breakfast wasn’t quite as great as dinner, but still a nice selection of breads, meats and cereals.

Every single staff person we encountered from reception to housekeeping to bar and restaurant staff, was so friendly and helpful! The hotel was immaculate and had everything we needed. We had breakfast and dinner in the restaurant and both were delicious! It was lovely to be able to use the beautiful pool area both pre-check in and post-check out. Highly recommend this hotel!! It is away from the centre of Zadar, so quiet but close enough to be convenient. Supermarket across the street was very handy too! Wish we could have stayed more than one night!

Nothing - everything was great. There is no elevator, which may be an issue for those with mobility issues. The staff were quick to offer to carry our bags up the stairs for us.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say that the experience was exceptional. I would like to highlight the meals - dinner and breakfast - which were absolutely fantastic. Every meal was a real treat, with carefully selected ingredients and excellent presentation. The variety and quality of the food are at the highest level, and the menu was satisfactory both for lovers of traditional cuisine and for those who prefer more modern tastes. The hospitality and helpfulness of the employees are at an enviable level. The staff was always friendly, ready to help and answer all questions, which greatly contributed to a pleasant stay. Their attention to detail and desire to provide each guest with the best possible experience is truly commendable. The ambience of the hotel is very pleasant, with carefully decorated spaces that exude elegance and comfort. Every corner is designed so that guests feel at home, but with an additional dose of luxury. Although I didn't use the pool, I have to admit that it looks wonderful. The area around the pool is clean and tidy, and the pool itself is attractive and obviously well maintained. All in all, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to enjoy excellent meals, hospitable staff and a wonderful ambiance. My stay here was an unforgettable experience and I will definitely come back again.

The room is nice and clean, although it needs renovation (we reserved a room that has not been renovated). The bed is comfortable. The room has a small balcony with a view of the road, but there was no noise at night when the balcony was closed. Air condition works great. Breakfast was excellent and above expectations. Practically everything that can be expected in a hotel is available: eggs, bread, cheeses, vegetables, jams, coffe, and some other food. The bread was fresh. Our stay at the hotel was pleasant.

Very good breakfast selection and food was top class. Room was perfect, plenty of space, air-con was excellent, small balcony to dry swimming gear and sit out. Pool was also perfect, big enough to swim in , steps to sit on, water temp perfect.

Not a dislike really but it was a little further from the city centre than we had anticipated (our fault, not the hotels :-). Combined with the heat, we ended up using Uber a little more than we normally would when going to/from the city centre.

The hotel is located a bit far from the city center or 'Old Town,' which can make access slightly challenging. While there are two bus services available, their timetables are not up to date, which can be inconvenient.

The hotel was very nice and the staff were very helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The pool area was clean and nice. Breakfast was warm and filling.

The door onto the balcony did not have darkening curtains but shutters that let in minimal light at night. I was facing the street and the lights the street were quite bright. So, actually, I was thankful for the shutters.

Lovely hotel in a great location. The staff were all so friendly and helpful throughout our stay, from booking us a transfer from the airport to giving us helpful tips for our time in Zadar. Our room was decorated in a modern style and was spotlessly clean with comfortable beds and a pretty view from the balcony. We also enjoyed the selection of food and drink available at breakfast, but the highlight was definitely the relaxing, quiet pool area which was a great place to spend time after exploring the city.

I was in a renovated room (there are still unrenovated ones). It was a good room with comfy bed. I observed it as clean despite some mould in one of the showehead's nozzle. Breakfast buffet was with a good choice of food. I would go again. Was offered with free electric car charging!

It is a bit far away from the old town, also the next bus stop is not just right next to it. I used Uber instead: it was around 6 € for a single ride to the old town. Hotel has no elevator!
