Beautiful location. Clean - albeit small - room. As other reviewers have said, request a balcony room because the ground floor rooms (where we stayed) are small. The pool area and sun loungers are perfectly located next to the sea (behind a gate) this was lovely! Loretta was extremely helpful and friendly. 24 hours access to coffee machine was a nice touch.

Marked the score down because there was only a bath tub in our room (no stand-up shower) and unfortunately there was no bath plug. This was mentioned and a request made for a plug but sadly this did not materialise! No proper bath or shower over a 2 night stay is hardly the luxury that we anticipated - especially given that this accommodation was the most expensive of 4 places we have stayed on this trip.

Lovely pool with views over the sea. Plenty of sunbeds and comfy Very clean and well kept Very private and secure Bakery , shop and restaurants very close by, Good bus service into Zadar, 20 mins and a very pleasant air conditioned journey.

No restaurant or bar/food service. Everything had to be brought in. Loreta was excellent, she tried to help with any questions. No maid/cleaning service, we were asked on day 5 if we needed any towels, apart from that, nobody came near the room. And for the price i was a little surprised. I still rate the accommodation high. The other man who was on duty a lot of the time was a little gruff and unapproachable. Liked to start a conversation with NO we don't do that , generally either not friendly or that was just his way.

Location was excellent, city bus stop, market and coffee bars are steps away. Several amazing restaurants are within walking distance. The view from our balcony was spectacular. Our room was very spacious and clean. The pool and accessibility to the ocean was perfect. Loretta the property manager was awesome !!

Although the manager gave us ice each day. It would be nice to have an ice machine in the lobby. Also, the bathroom and shower are pretty small.

Staff were really lovely and helpful. They didn't clean the room everyday but said to ask them whenever you wanted a clean as they don't want to keep disturbing you in your room with cleaners. I think this is an excellent idea as you decide yourself when people are going in your room and gives you a bit more privacy. Loved the location, there was a shop and bus stop right next to the hotel with buses every half hour into the old town. Also a few restaurants within walking distance.

Matia and Loreta were brilliant. If there were any issues they sorted it immediately! They were informative about the area and very efficient and friendly. Made our stay amazing even more amazing!

The hairdryer ( which was sorted.) The hairdryer in the bathroom was not good! Although we were given an iron I would suggest an iron and ironing board be placed in the rooms. We would have liked a front sea balcony, however, perhaps I didn’t realise that when I booked

Perfect location on the seafront and with a pool. In a fairly quiet town, but conveniently close to a decent supermarket, with a few restaurants and bars just a short walk in either direction, 15 min ride into Zadar old town for shops and a larger choice of places to eat.

Nice venue, clean and well organised backyard with sunbeds and a swimming pool, easy access to the sea, a room with a perfect sea view, overall nice experience

There was no breakfast available at the hotel, only a coffee machine, if we wanted something for breakfast we had to go to a nearby caffeteria or supermarket

We loved our stay here. The hotel is so relaxing and location perfect. We used the bus once but found Uber so easy and inexpensive to get to zadar View from our room amazing. Definitely recommended sea view. Room was beautiful and clean Loretta and team very friendly and helpful We will be back

Beautiful, clean and quiet. Right on the beach front like literally open the gate by the pool and your on the sea. Our room was big and cosy feeling. Air con was great in the rooms and view was stunning. Property felt clean and room was redone every day for us apart from our last day which we didn’t understand. Overall very comfortable stay.

There was nothing to not like about the property however the stay was for our honeymoon and we had been in emails with someone when we had booked the stay about something in our room to celebrate our honeymoon. But when we arrived it wasn’t even acknowledged. Nobody knew anything about it and I was disappointed. We also booked this with breakfast included but when we arrived they said they didn’t do breakfast anymore and offered no alternative.

The property is perfectly situated right on the beach. We had sweeping views of the sea from our balcony. The pool was wonderful for an early morning dip and the grounds are well manicured. The property is cozy and intimate. We were a short 2 minute walk to a café, small grocery store, and bakery. The bus top was close to the hotel and ran frequently to downtown (10 minute bus ride). The room was spacious and included slippers. The best thing was that there was an individual A/C unit in our room! The staff were LOVELY. They arranged a taxi transfer for our late night arrival and always had a smile on their face.

Our stay was wonderful! If I had to be picky, I would suggest having coffee/tea in the room to enjoy early in the morning (instead of having to walk to the bakery to purchase one).
