Clean and comfortable. Away from the hustle and bustle. All staff very friendly and welcoming.

It was in a residential area so not close to bars or shops but only €5 in a taxi to the centre and a nice walk down to get your exercise in.

The room was beautiful, very bright and spacious, the bed was extremely comfortable, the room has a generous private balcony and the location is situated in a quiet place. Everything here is obviously made with great effort and a big investment, all good quality materials and shows a great interest to customers well being and great value for money. The parking very easy and safe, and the breakfast tasty and full of options. 5-6 EUR Bolt/Uber to Old Town. We extended our stay and moved to Mirabillis Residence, just across the pool, owned by the same business, and got this extra large room with a huge terrace. Would definitely stay here again and totally recommend this location. Thank you Klaudio for the great service and the hospitality, you make this place a very good destination, and our stay a very nice experience. Hope to meet again soon.

There is literally nothing I can complain of, the cleaning staff missed a few spots, and the fridge malfunctioned but that's only human or just normal minor issues that can occur, no matter how hard we try.

The host was brilliant upon check in. We had a lovely stay, the pool area was clean and perfect for a couple of days of relaxing. The old town is about half an hour walk away which we visited on an evening for tea. A bolt taxi was about €6 one way. The breakfast variety was great. Perfect place for a short break away. Would recommend, thank you!

There wasn't much around on a lunch time (no fault of the accommodation). We went to the supermarket which was a 5min walk away and had a balcony picnic. There was a couple of takeaway/bakery shops about half an hours walk away. The toaster at breakfast was very very slow.

The hotel was very clean. The sun beds were comfy and the pool was very refreshing. The bathroom was very modern and the bed was comfy. The hotel staff were friendly, particularly Kate, who cooked us eggs for breakfast. Unfortunately on the last day, I was unwell with heat stroke. Kate went above and beyond to make me feel more comfortable.

It was a long walk to the old town in the heat, however it was very easy to order a taxi through Bolt. It would have been good to have facilities, such as pool bar to order drinks during the day, however there was a shop a 5 minute walk away so we used that instead.

We loved our stay, the staff and owners were lovely and the breakfast was brilliant! The facilities were also very good value for money. They gave us a city map and recommendations for food and taxis.

There were a few small places for improvements but given the star rating of the property, most of them were things we wouldn't have expected anyway. Things like an iron in the room (we had to borrow the steamer) and the pool not being heated so it was freezing until about mid afternoon. The only real cleanliness issue we had was that we had to report to the staff that we had ants come in from outside in the last few days of the trip but the came in and hoovered them out and reported immediately to pest control to come and sort the issue. Overall it was still a fantastic stay for our money! Walkable to the old town if you are able bodied in about 30mins but also cheap to uber down.

Everything about this hotel was right. The owners seemingly follow an attitude that quality, design, cleanness and the human touch should be at the height of the possible. We arrived late in the evening, but the owner said we could still use the pool if we wanted, just no big noise. The breakfast not only was delicious, but the view over the city and the sea was breathtaking. Super Claudio!

This time we needed to leave anyway, but departure at 10 am is a bit on the early side.

We arrived earlier than check in time - however this was not a problem. The host Claudio took his time to tell us about the local area , provided the name of a local taxi service that he has a good relationship with .. TIM Taxis are the firm and they were brilliant and saved us a fortune in taxi fares. We were escorted to the room the Air Con. and TV explained. The room was excellent, Air con. ,TV also .. Mini bar well stocked and very competitively priced. The on site Buffet breakfast was really good, substantial a varied continental style offering. The on site pool also excellent ( complimentary towels and robe provided.. just need your own costume). The reception staff were really helpful booked our taxis for us and helpful on all fronts.

No complaints what so ever about the venue and service. The offer was exactly as presented. Just watch out for the local and Airport taxi services .. They look out for tourists and charge high... Take Claudios advice use TIM taxis in Zadar!!

New building, very easy to find. Very close to the city center. Enough parking spaces that belong to the accommodation. Everything was very clean, bright and the layout of the rooms/furniture was very nice. The owner Klaudio was very friendly, he welcomed me and my daughter and showed us the room and everything we could find in it. You can feel that it is a family business. I liked that the pool is in the middle of both buildings, it was also very clean. Breakfast is in the building next to it (they belong together), which did not bother me. I really liked the breakfast room, it was on the top and had a beautiful view of Zadar and the sea. Two employees made sure that the food was fresh and there was enough of it. Very very satisfied and I recommend it to everyone. Thank you!

Very comfortable bed and lovely modern shower room. We had top floor room which had a very large balcony with part shade/part sun areas. Furnished with 2 x sun lounger padded beds and a table and 4 chairs for dining. This was highlight of stay as you also had views to the sea. Room had tea/coffee/kettle (but no milk). Breakfast was excellent with a lot of choice so you could have something different each day. Cereal, yoghurt, bacon, sausages, continental, pancakes, fresh fruit, eggs cooked to order. Coffee machine and juices. Staff in breakfast room especially Cartha were excellent. Pool is lovely and clean and was always space on loungers. We only sat around pool in afternoon and there was always shade areas.

There are some niggles but they did not detract form the lovely stay - As we arrived after 9pm the desk is not manned. The key card is left with a note with some details of breakfast. There was no information with regards the blinds in room, anything local as to where we could get food/drinks/local map for directions etc... It is approx 30 minutes walk to Old Town from hotel and is downhill. Issue is coming back to hotel as bus was always full and so will need taxi. (Approx 6euros from Old Town). Tea/Coffee was not replaced. We brought our own coffee jar and milk.

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Liburnum. Everything met our expectations. What’s most importatnt the room as well as bathroom and swimming pool were very clean. We started each day with a delicious breakfast. The staff was helpful and kind. We didn’t have any problems with WiFi connection or AC. At the beginning the owner of the place gave us some tips and pointed out most interesting places to visit.
