It was neat, clean and very comfortable.

We stayed at Unit 4. The washing machine was very loud and almost jumping on the floor and hitting side wall. We couldn’t do laundry , it was leaking from the bottom. So we urgently canceled the process and updated owner on the issue. They were not responsive, only said the guest didn’t complain. We didn’t understood who were they referring about: previous guests or guest who particularly used the laundry machine in Unit 4. It was way out noisy laundry machine in Unit 4. It definitely needs to be addressed, if there is washing machine and it’s expected to be used by guests.

Very nice place. Very clean. Had basically everything you needed. The beds were a bit hard but I've definitely tried worse. Nice and quiet neighborhood, walking distance to everything. One of the best places I've stayed. You never really think the pictures are the 'real' truth but here they absolutely were. Really impressed with this place. Would definitely recommend!

It says the apartments are soundproof but you could clearly hear when people were out in the hallway and walking upstairs.

Smjestaj je izuzetno prostran i cist te pored vrhunskih kuhinjskih elemenata posjeduje apart za kafu, smart tv sa netflixom, toster, mikrovalnu itd. Kreveti udobni a u toaletu vas doceka i vise nego dovoljno izvrsnih peskira, topla voda i samponi a nama je to znacilo jer smo zaglavili u putu i tek u 00h se uspjeli cekirat. Cekiranje je naravno elektronski i ovaj smjestaj preporucujem svima koji zele dozivjeti Zadar jer se nalazi u samom centru a nudi vise nego sto pise i obecava.

Sve je bilo iznad ocekivanja i nema nista da navedem kao negativno.

It’s an excellent place for a vacation. Very clean. Well equipped apartment. The kitchen had everything we needed as a family sometimes to cook and enjoy local produce. The proximity to everything essential is amazing. Malls , super markets , beaches , even the promenades are walkable like 20 mins approx. The place is also in a nice silent neighbourhood and we enjoyed being there with a kid.

The only think I can think of is in case you are looking for an air conditioner it’s only there in the hall and missing in the room. But not everyone’s enjoys air conditioner in the bedroom.

My stay at this Airbnb was exceptional! The place was incredibly clean and cozy, making it a very comfortable stay. The host was extremely kind and accommodating we asked her for multiple things and she was helpful and brought them right away we also asked her for recommendations and she was very kind, adding a personal touch to the experience. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a wonderful stay! It is honestly the cleanest airbnb you could find, the appartement had every single thing you could possibly need, we stayed at 2 different apartments 2 time and one of them even had a scale so we measured our bags, all the kitchen tools were perfect.

Quiet and pretty, this set of apartments was very nice to stay in. The check in was easy, and the hosts were quick to respond to questions. We had a large group, and it was great to be able to stay in one location.

I don't think the folks who slept on the pull-out couches would say their sleep was too comfortable, but the beds in the bedrooms were fine - though I have gotten used to queen and king beds having two twin duvets instead of one queen, so my bedmate and I were fighting for the blankets a bit.

Great location, in a quiet area, about 25 min walk to the old town. Free parking right outside the building. Beautiful, spacious, bright apartment, nice furniture, plenty of storage space, fully functional kitchen with everything you need (even a dishwasher). A big balcony, open but protected with shades. Wonderfully clean place, towels and bed linens included.

One thing only: the shower cabin was quite small. And a suggestion: a shampoo and soap holder in the shower would come in handy.

Not major issues but slightly out of centre 20 minutes walk, (which I already knew)not a bad walk Hairdryer needs upgrading to match standard of other equipment and sofa bed was reasonably comfortable but noisy These were small things and might not bother everyone

Beautiful apartment - very clean, modern and comfortable. Equipped with everything you need for your stay. There are supermarkets and bakeries nearby. Located in a quiet area, within walking distance of the historic center of the city. There is a convenient, free parking in front of the apartment. We recommend!
