Lovely hotel! Comfortable bed, good shower, nice sized room. Pool area had plenty of great sunbeds with adjustable face protectors. The pool was good, could do with a little maintenance but that didn’t spoil the experience. Nice reception area, large airy dining room. The staff were all really friendly and helpful, couldn’t fault any of them. Good choice at breakfast, had some lunches around the pool area and portions were massive, enough for sharing between two. Only booked bed & breakfast. Across the road from Kolovare Beach and sea. 15-20 minute stroll to the old town.

Tea/coffee facilities would’ve been nice in the room but there was a fridge for cold drinks and tap water is drinkable.

If you are visiting Zadar, this is the place to stay! Perfect for couples, families, larger groups! The location is perfect! The beach is right across the street, a great restaurant is right around the corner, the bus station is right down the street, as well as the local hospital, the Harbour from where daily boat trips leave from is a 10 minute walk! Old Town is a 15 minute walk! Not to mention that this is one of the very few hotels in the area with 2 swimming pools- one smaller one for kids. Perfect for relaxing if you want to stay away from the crowds at the beach! The breakfast was delicious- lots to choose from :) can’t complain! The availability to order food by the pool was a plus! The staff was friendly and the most helpful :) Our room was spacious, with a fairly large balcony, the beds were comfortable! We will definitely book again during our next stay in Zadar! :)

The only minor thing I can complain about is the morning war for sunbeds after breakfast ;) First come first serve - not enough sunbeds for for all hotel guests :D

Ideal for our short stopover in Zadar- only a 15 minute stroll into the old town. In a lovely quiet area with access to a pebble beach area. Spotlessly clean room and hotel overall. Our room was large room with 3 balconies (i think we were upgraded as it was low season) and sea view. Breakfast buffet was surprisingly good and included lots of local specialities to try. Great pool area for relaxing (but didn't swim as its early in the season and too cold for me!). Easy access free parking.

The hotel is well located - maybe a bit far, but still walkable to the city center. Free and fairly secure parking space. Rooms large enough, with functioning AC and WiFi - not very fast but OK. There is a fridge and safe in the room, minibar is paid, also for water. Bathroom - all good, clean, plenty of amenities which were daily replenished - not something happening in all hotels. Breakfast is good, lots of choices, weakest is selection of juices (coloured water I think) and coffee is a bit lacking. There is also generally relaxed feeling throughout the hotel, also in the pool area, which is great.

Some carpets really could use a cleaning, the staff during breakfast is unnecessarily loud, making a lot of noise with plates, cutlery and conversations. Our hairdryer was a very basic one and gave up first time we used it, but was replaced. Given the mediterranean location, I would really appreciate a better selection of juices during breakfast, fresh orange juice would be fantastic.

the verandah space was good to sit in. staff sorted the room daily. The room was very spacious, even had a couch for 3!!. 10 minutes walk to start of old town. Food available 3 times a day at moderate price if required. Evening Buffet for bus groups mainly. Good parking space. Pool area was nice and a good beach over the road.

The lift didn't quite reach all levels for easy access. Some rooms on 2nd floor had a significant number of stairs to some rooms.

The hotel was clean, rooms were cleaned daily, mini bar and fridge were available in rooms, nice sized circular salt pool with adequate amount of loungers for size of hotel, breakfast buffet had a good variety and was nice, staff were pleasant and polite, sited on the beach front with just a road separating you from the sea and beach, lovely setting and view and within walking distance to the bus station, restaurants, bars and all amenities

Some very riude guests with no manners, but that's a common thing everywhere these days.

Everything was good. The hotel’s location is excellent, just a 15-minute leisurely walk along the sea to the old town. The food was good—buffet breakfast included everything you need for a decent breakfast, though without too much variety. Buffet dinner, on the other hand, was much better, especially since the hotel was fully booked. It’s definitely worth paying extra for half board.

There is no kettle in the room, so it is not possible to make tea or coffee.

This hotel exceeded our expectations based on reviews we had read which made us skeptical. Yes there are some aspects of the hotel that could do with modernising but they are really insignificant when you're actually there. The room was spacious enough, we had a lovely view to the sea. The staff by the pool and in the canteen were very helpful. The pool area looks much better in person and is very cosy and lovely to relax in during the sun. Lots of sun loungers too to use free of charge. They do really nice cocktails for a great price. The hotel is in an excellent location with the huge Kolovare beach less than a minute away which is excellent because we could alternate between being in the sea and then relaxing on the loungers in the hotel fairly easily. The old town is a lovely 15 minute walk and the walk itself is very nice in the sunset. We did the walk every day! The central bus station is less than a 5 minute walk also, so we had no problem getting to/from the airport, taking buses to nearby towns and visiting Plitvice! Definitely exceeded our expectations and is a perfect place to relax for the price.

Breakfast was fine but we got a bit fed up of having the same items over the 7 days. Could have more variety with extra dishes or alternating dishes over the days. Wifi was a bit slow in the room - we couldn't stream films/videos consistently - but it is great by the pool.

Room with view to the pool, daily changing of towels and toiletries, restaurant, swimming pool, easy access to the beach and town, and hotel staff.

The bed for couples could be improved as there were two single mattresses put together. Also, the shower screen doesn't completely protect the water from leaking, so there was water on the floor after the shower.

location is excellent (beach just behind the hotel, city center within a 15 minute walk), free private parking, fabulous breakfast (exceptional variety and all fresh), clean and comfortable rooms, balcony with sea view, swimming pool

hotel is renovated (it's not brand new), so you can still feel its legacy, but although it has undergone important updates and renovations I feel it is still a bit overpriced, so it really depends if you do mind that extra 30% you pay to have all its facilities within the paid price or not
