We arrived earlier than scheduled to be given a warm friendly welcome by Barni at reception. After completing the formal paperwork, Barni spent a good deal of time familiarising us with our location, a variety of eateries in the near vicinity and how to access the old part of the city. Very helpful. Our room was spotlessly clean and presented, just as described. Plenty of good quality towels; a large bathroom; sunny balcony where we were able to dry small items of clothing we handwashed in our room. Matea was similarly helpful and friendly, providing all manner of advice on how/where to shop, access free parking…there were many personal touches to the professional care and attention we received from staff. On site parking was very accessible; safe and secure in this part of town. A Lidl supermarket is around 10 minutes’ walk; smaller supermarkets and street vendors even closer. Very good breakfasts were included in our tariff. The relaxed and open tone in conversations was much appreciated. Not only did we quickly settle into our new surroundings, we felt we were part of a small happy family. Indeed, we were sorry to leave on our final morning.

Nothing at all. Sky Hotel over-delivers in so many ways. (Sky Hotel? The name on the exterior signage says Villa Sky…ditto the name picked up by our car’s navigation system.)

The team on site are very welcoming and helpful. They make a big difference to your stay The hotel was very good for our one night stay before we headed out to catch our flight from Zadar. The taxi ride took just 11 minutes.

Just the one thing being that the room did have an oder from people smoking inside the room. I could see that the hotel have tried hard to prevent this with notices and other recovery measures, and although it's common knowledge that guests shouldn't, it must be hard to stop people from smoking inside the building if they are really determined to.

I live in Germany and travelled to Zadar for a 3 day stay with my Mom who is a pure vegetarian and doesn't even eat eggs and fish. Everyone at Villa sky did exceptional things to get things for my mum. From preparing her portion separately to finding her vegan things that she can eat, they were just splendid! Matea, Tata, Paradip and Anamika treated us like family. It was so nice to sit with them later in the evening and talk about our day over coffee or Cola. I have travelled to so many places in Europe but the hospitality of this place is unbeatable. This gave us kind off feel that we would get bacaak in India. Their place is a small, cozy 3 star place but thats the beauty of this place, that lets them give you personalized attention and care. Matea is such an amazing host, she also gave us useful suggestions to make the most from our trip, she was even organizing some of those for us. From the delicious humus to sapornic, she could find delightful vegetarian Croatian cuisine for us to try. My mother and I are still hungover their gestures, kindness and love. People at Villa sky all in all established an overall impression of all Croatians as very kind for us, it was a memorable experience for us.

The staff were very friendly and helpful on arrival and on departure. It was a sizable room with and excellent bathroom with a great shower , which was most welcome after a day's travelling by bus and on foot. The room also had a balcony with seating which was a pleasant surprise. Large bed, a little too hard for me personally , but my wife and I both slept well. Location wasn't too central but a 30 minute walk took us to the city centre and the seafront parks and walkways, and to the old town which was stunning. Breakfast buffet was excellent.

Bed matress was a little too hard for my personal liking .

Matea was a great host at Hotel Sky, good energi, very helpful and sich a Nice person. Also the couple in charge of breakfast and room cleaning were so friendly and helpful. We were a family of 13 People’s, so we occupied nearly all of the hotels 11 rooms. The hotel is very intimate, so the hotel staff and Their hospitality is very important. The rooms were very Nice. Even though the hotel was quite far from the center, No problem using Uber og Bolt. Peace and quiet was more imporant. All in all our best recommendations!

The hotel was in a great location with excellent facilities. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making the stay even more enjoyable. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable which was perfect for a relaxing visit. Highly recommended!

The Wi-Fi was a bit inconsistent at times, and the breakfast could have offered a bit more variety or quality. That said, these were minor issues in an otherwise very pleasant stay.

Modern hotel close to the main bus station with many shopping options and a couple of nice dining options as well. A 30 minute walk to old town though. Reception is not open 24/7 but they make sure to be there, even if you arrive a tad late. If you check out early leaving the key card in your room is possible when checking out too. The room was really large with a desk, a seating area, coffee and tea were complimentary.

Excellent customer service. We received a warm & friendly greeting. The room was ready so they allowed us early entry. They provided a map and details of where we wanted to visit and even sent a link to our phone for ease. Huge, comfortable bed and wonderful large walk-in shower. Tasty breakfast, the staff could not do enough or be more friendly.

There was nothing we didn't like. I suppose a pool would have made it perfect. We knew it hadn't one when we booked so it was fine. It is only a 3 minute drive to the beach so it didn't matter.

Manager of the hotel was lovely very informative and kind.hotel was fantastic, room was cleaned/ sheets and towels changed daily. Tea/coffee making facilities in the room.great shower and what a comfortable bed.!!

Nothing.the hotel is a bit out the way but we paid max £5 in a uber into town but it is a 25 min stroll.

We arrived a bit late, however the check-in was quick and we could get fast in the city centre by 5 min Bolt ride, 2km. The room was very spacious and had many storage options, as well as balcony. Bathroom was modern with good light. The host was very friendly and had many recommendations. Parking right next to your window and area quite silent.

The breakfast was average, fairly limited, but with good coffee. Maybe cleanliness outside rooms can be improved.
