What I am about to write is with having in mind we are talking about a 5 star hotel. I would firstly say that the staff was superb, probably the best I've ever encountered. 10/10 The 1st impression of the place was great as well. Huge hotel, spacious, well built with a good dose of luxury. Breakfast was great. The dinner could be better. But then you start noticing the little things: - The matress on the bed in the room was horrible. It was caved like it hasnt been changed in years and the quality of is is horrendous. My back actualy hurt in the morning. - The coctail we ordered (Aperol Spritz) was watered down. The worst Aperol I ever drank to be honest and I've drank alot of Aperol Spritzes in my life. - The SPA looks impressive at first but to be fair it's filthy and unmaintaned. Inside and outside. Because you can go outside, the floors get dirty fast and they clean it here and then, but not often. There is an outside sauna and the showers outside are disgusting to say the least. Some of the steam sauna parts were sludgy. The deck chairs were damaged. All in all, the overall experience was great, but more of 4 start than 5 stars.

Overall - wonderful impressions from the seaside and spa. Also the breakfasts there are very delicious and the restaurants on the territory are good quality. All was perfect that was outside rooms.

I don’t like that in this hotel is allowed to smoke on the balcony. So, if you are non-smoker you would feel upset if somebody nearby in another room would smoke many times per day and you room would smell bad or you need to stay inside with closed door which is really pity because you come to sit in the evening on your balcony. The other side, the bathroom - many rooms in hotel overall without the walls between room and bathroom and even if they have glass wall it has not enough darkness that could avoid to person sleep while another one stay in bathroom. In bathroom also there is no enough place to put bathrobe and cosmetics. Some these things the hotel should really think how to improve, especially this smoking policy.

Perfect, rich breakfast, with local and international flavours. Extremely nice beach, park. Easy to reach from the highway.

Sometimes, the bar was crowded with long waiting time. But the guys was so helpfull and kind, so it was only a small problem.

The location was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views and a serene atmosphere that made it a perfect getaway. The beach was picturesque and offered a truly relaxing environment. It’s an ideal spot for those looking to unwind and enjoy some natural beauty.

The service at this location was quite disappointing. The staff seemed disinterested and gave off an unwelcoming vibe, which made interactions feel rushed and insincere. Additionally, all beach facilities closed by 6 PM, so enjoying a sunset with a drink wasn’t possible. The area also lacks nightlife activities, making the evenings rather uneventful. Improvements in service and extended hours for beach amenities would significantly enhance the experience.

The facilities were top notch and the best we've found in our week long visit in Croatia. The breakfast was also very good with quality ingredients. The gym facilities at the Fortis club which is 10 min walk from the Hotel was amongst the best i've found in any hotel. The level of cleanliness and professionalism of staff is worthy of its 5 star status

The food in all restaurants was great but somewhat too pricey. Moreover, the bbq themed night at the main restaurant closes a bit too early. We arrived at 8.45pm and we felt we had to rush through our courses which affected the overall experience. Moreover the bbq items on display were cold by the time we ate which is a pity seeing that the food quality was great.

This resort has for sure a 5* manager, he is always on site to chat with guests and make them feel welcome and cared for. The restaurant staff is super helpful and especially nice with kids. The exterior is very groomed and everything is lovely green with wonderful plants. The food is excellent and there’s a huge variety of dishes for all tastes. Desserts are exceptional. Amazing spa treatments and facilities. The pool bistro guys.

There were spots in the room that haven’t been cleaned throughout the whole week and a spiderweb grew bigger and bigger. The blackout shades had wholes so it wasn’t very dark in the room after sunrise. Even though we announced food intolerances, there were no real dessert options. There were desserts labeled as gluten free, but upon double checking, it turned out they contained gluten. The outside pools are in the bright sun, it would be nice if there were shady spots to swim. Front desk staff seemed to be annoyed sometimes.

I liked the food (breakfast and dinner) I liked the spa and the pools. I usually don’t use the pools, but here everything was so clean, I liked it and used them every day. I liked the big property, becoming I had two dogs, who liked the land and the beach. It’s a great hotel to bring dogs. I didn’t use leash one time. ( They are well behaved) They were also with me at the pool and no one gave us a strange eye. Only smiles. The staff is really great. There are beds everywhere at the beach or at the pool. And enough towels everywhere. I really liked that, so you don’t have to reuse wet towels ever.

Our room was directly above the dining room and everything morning there was noise starting at 6 oclock, when the waiters prepared tables. Later, when guests arrived, there was no noise. Also in the evening. Chairs pulling. The noise was only when they were preparing, later it was ok.

Beautiful location, nice rooms, very good halfboard.

At this time of the year wellness is crowded, so it would be nice to have more stuff to fill in the towels regularly and keep the place cleaner and tidier. The water in the indoor pool could be warmer. Housekeeping doesn’t empty the trash can daily. Floor manager is too loud giving orders to the staff (guests are not supposed to hear her yelling). Staff at the reception desk gave us the wrong information on arrival that bowling in Fortis doesn’t work-later we went there to find out it was open.
