Definitely one of the best family hotels we've been to, if not the best. We would like to thank the entire staff for their excellent work. I know how difficult it is to work in services, and I can appreciate the quality of services all the more. Great job, we will definitely be back..

Falkensteiner Family Hotel Diadora is a fantastic choice for families with children – the hotel is perfectly equipped with facilities and activities tailored to the little ones. The food was excellent, and overall our stay was very enjoyable.

A couple of things that could be improved: the pool area would benefit from more attractions such as slides or other water features for kids. The beach is pebbly and could be maintained a bit better. Still, these are minor points compared to the overall positive experience.

Absolutely must visit place! Perfect for families. We travelled with 2 small kids. Attention to details and customer service is top! Special thanks to Shana from the reception who helped me navigate a mistake I did in the reservation and made my kids feel beyond happy! :) Do not miss the zumba classes with Katerina. Pia was also so energizing the kids. We truly enjoyed the spectacles, dances and my little daughter fell in love with the cheering class, while my boy found a new passion in climbing - all of these activities provided with a great attention to the little guests… and yes- the regional rosé wine Steven recommended us to try is a must-try. We would gladly visit again. Thank you!

Everything was clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. There were lots of options and activities for children. The breakfasts and dinners (included in the half board) were tasty. We would definitely come back if we travel in the area again.

The only downside was the nearby construction site. We didn’t hear much construction noise itself — that wasn’t really an issue — but there were some noisy cars passing in front of our room window, especially in the morning. I assume this was mostly related to the construction, as the street otherwise seemed small and quiet.

This is a perfect place for families. There are tons of activities for kids, including a climbing wall in the room. The food was amazing. We took the all-inclusive option and couldn’t have been happier. The gym is fantastic, with new high-end equipment and a great variety. The rooms were super comfortable, and the staff truly made the experience special. Everyone was extremely friendly, helpful, and made us feel completely at home. Honestly, you never want to leave the resort.

The only small downside was that the shower and bathroom area didn’t have a door, which wasn’t ideal for privacy.

1. This is the most child- and parent-friendly hotel. You will have access to any leisure activities and meal options for your children, regardless of whether they are under one year old or already teenagers. There is a separate kitchen room for infants (see photo) and a wide selection in the standard restaurant. 2. Entertainment for children: - a large kids' club near the restaurant; - a children's room with arcade games and a PlayStation for teenagers; - several outdoor soccer fields, tennis courts (gravel and grass). In short, children will be busy every day; 3. Rooms: we had a family room on the 3rd floor, we asked to change to a similar room, but one that was not so noisy. The girls at the reception helped us find one, even though it is currently the high season. We successfully changed rooms; 4. Swimming pools. At first, they seemed small, but everything was fine and comfortable, and we never had any problems finding a sun lounger or swimming peacefully.

View near the hotel. Next to our hotel, your chain is building a new hotel building. Honestly, this view spoiled the overall impression of the hotel. But it should be noted that the construction was frozen and there was no noise during the holiday period. But next time, I would like to come without such construction sites under the window!

Friendly and generally helpful staff, often able to speak a bit of English and a bit of German. Incredibly patient kids‘ caretakers, very dependendable, attentive to kids, supportive at all times! Nice little spa area and good range of treatments, sport areas, fitness and bowling also make it attractive for adults. Small but well maintained beach 200m away, plus secluded smaller spots on tiny cliffs to use as lounge areas at the sea!

A lot of kids activities were booked out on ou arrival, so I guess we should have booked each activity ahead of flying. Else, we were left with friendly and professional responses like: "yes, I can book your daughter for swimming in 4 days". it was end of season, I worry how hard it would be to spontaneously book anything in high season

It was all brilliant can’t recommend it enough! The children loved flaky land and the people working there were brilliant with them. Lots of fun workshops, science, cooking, football tournaments it was difficult to get them out. These guys work very hard and are amazing!! The food is brilliant, rooms amazing our kids couldn’t believe their eyes when they saw the climbing wall in their bedroom. The gym is lovely and the sports facilities are fab. We didn’t leave the hotel as there was so much to do for everyone. A real treat for the kids and parents alike!! Loads of indoor options too if weather not great. We loved it!

Nothing was all brilliant

Both my little baby 11 months and my older son 5 year old love falkeyland activities and workshops. The swimming academy, Masterchef, Science, and climbing academy highly recommended. The baby sitting service is also good with 2 hrs free charge! The room is very clean and with climbing facility makes quite fun for kids. Super pleasant service, very quick response and send people to look into any issues! Very fresh food offerred in all inclusive buffet! There is certain variaety every day and Especially the asian chef always smiling and welcoming during our eating time!

The room temperature is conrolled by central airco and too warm even during end of April. Kids during night are not able to sleep well. Very little to do outside of the hotel , but has nothing to do with the accomodation. Every day will only provide 1 bottle water in the hotel room even we have 4 people living there. More is going to be surcharged and this is not considered as 5 star way of pricing and service. The drink of cola is a bit overpriced...

Food is great, no matter if breakfast or lunch. Quality and variety is superb. Staff is very friendly and the rooms are great and quiet!

The Music. In my opinion is the played music (house mix) all around not suitable for Family's. Its like cafe del mar in Ibiza. In general it was very clean everywhere, except at the beach where also the “yoga platform” is, within the trees. There it was a little bit messy. Also the prices for beverages and ice (€ 2,50 for one ball) are too high.
