The place, the sandy beach, shallow sea great for kids, the apartment, kids facilities.

Unfortunatelly, the management cannot deal with the amount of people trying to eat breakfast or dinner. No tables, no clean tables, lines everywhere, no glasses, you were not able to grab fruit, dirty floor everywhere. Poor choice of meal, still the same. Overall not wort the half-board at all. I do not understand how they can sell so many half-boards if they do not have space for people at all. 7 EUR even for umbrella?!

Waiter very pushy for tips at the Italian restaurant and they acted very annoyed one day when we didn’t tip due to the food was not that great. Lots of power installation in our room didn’t work and the internet was horrible bad Radio didn’t work The beds was very hard, so we didn’t have a nice sleep for 5 nights due to waking up to turn in the bed Price for fruit at the shop in the main street, we paid 24,50 EUR, for 1/4 of a water melon, some grapes and some small tomato’s. Which is more expensive than some of the most expensive fruits shops in Copenhagen.

My family and I recently stayed at this resort and had a pleasant experience. The pool complex is excellent, with a variety of pools for all ages, which was a highlight of our stay. The shallow beach is perfect for families with small children, though it might be too shallow for those who prefer deeper waters. The showers on the beach are a great touch. We booked a 3-star apartment with one bedroom. While the room was not very spacious and showed some signs of wear, it was clean. The location near the pool and the beach was perfect and very convenient.

The evening entertainment is enjoyable but could be more professional, as it sometimes felt random and under-rehearsed. Information about on-site services and opening hours could be better communicated, as it was hard to get an overview. Staff interactions with customers could also be smoother and more efficient. While this wasn't a major issue, improvements in these areas would enhance the overall experience. If your stay does not include meals, note that you must book dinner at the buffet 24 hours in advance to use the facilities. Keep this in mind to avoid any inconvenience. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciate the family-friendly amenities. With a few tweaks, this resort could be even better.

The resort had lots of things to do with very good pools, very nice sea . The buffet for dinner and breakfast was very good with nice variety and dinner included beer or wine and soft drinks. I would definitely recommend to choose the half board option. The breakfast buffet included coffee and soft drinks and had a very good variety from bacon and eggs to fruit and pastries and cold meat selection.. The staff in the restaurant are very attentive and refill the food very quickly when it runs out/ All in all the staff were very friendly and we had a great time.

There was a lot of noise throughout the night. People coming back form partying were very noisy and woke us up around 4am. Quite a few nights there was a lot of noise and this was disappointing by the guests but cannot fault the resort. If you wanted to use deck chairs on the beach or by the pool you had to pay 30 kuna for a chair and 30 kuna for an umbrella.

We went there at the end of the season (October) and had a great time. Although the pools closed the week before, we were able to use the rooftop pools, which were heated and had a fabulous view. Kids club was great and so were the kids discos. It was nice and quiet around the park and believe we were upgraded from a 3 star to a superior apartment, which was beautiful with lots of space.

Sometimes the kids activities weren't in some nights and lower numbers in the classes but felt more like a personalised experience. The water sports and activities were also closed due to it being late in the season and there was a lot of cleaning and packing up going on across the site.

Quiet hours are not until after midnight. Check out at 9am. Depending where your apartment is, you might have a long way taking luggage from your car. Basic apartments don't have outdoor shelter if it rains. A guy at the go karts tried to short-change me 10EUR

We were in apartment for 4 guests 3 stars whitch are the first street to the sea and pools so best location. From our balcony we enjoyed the entertainment in Theatre every night. Great sandy beach with offer of rent a sunbeds or bring your own. The showers and chaging booths are all-round the beach. The resort offer of viraity of activities throug whole day for all ages. All around are different sport fields and playgrounds. The pools are great with different offers for age and interests. All-round great location for family vacation.

Wifi signal was low specially in some period of time of day. And maybe put some adotional location for washing the sand from feets when you want to go to pools and apartments.

We were at the end of the season at a nice enough price so expectation and reality matched. The food was delicious, very beautiful area, lots of entertainment for children. We also liked the rooftop pool area. The pool was heated which was great. The room externally is very nice, spacious, we were pleased with the veranda outside. There were plenty of towels in the room and the shower worked properly. Prices in stores and restaurants are quite acceptable.

It's definitely not a 4 star, but a 3. Since we booked the stay for a small price, I didn't discount the points, but decided to write here. 1. very bad noise insulation, we could hear our neighbors very clearly. But maybe we had crazy neighbors, their kids were always yelling and moving furniture above our heads. 2. sometimes there were poorly cleaned dishes in the restaurant. 3. The coffee machine did not work well, there were problems with the shelves in the kitchen, they would not close 4. A lot of mosquitoes, but it hardly depends on the hotel.

The location of the apartment made it easy to access all the facilities. It was very clean, comfortable, and spacious. The staff were helpful and polite.

Finding the correct reception area was a little challenging, and the air conditioning didn't always work in each room. I wish we didn't have to have to pay for the umbrella/chair use at the pool or private beach.

The resort is beautifull offering nummerous activities, facilities, sport areas, playgrounds etc. We booked 4* appartment which was very nice and cosy. It's a place where we could come again and again for summer vacation. Recommended for anybody, especially for families with smaller kids.

The dining hall was always very crowded during breakfast and dinner, which destroyed an overall very good impression of food variety and quality. I can't imagine to be there during the full summer season (visited mid of September). This is something what needs to be improved. We visited the resort once again after two years and there was no improvement during that time at all.
