The property has a located on the main pedestrian street of Zadar, in the heart of the town. Our host Karlo was very friendly and polite. The room was comfortable and quirky. The breakfast was light a la carte but tasty and sufficient. NB. The reception is separate to the accommodation which is confusing on arrival, but a minute away once you get your bearings. Similarly breakfast is off site, a minute away. Not a real issue, just unusual.

The room aircon worked but could do with being more powerful.

Everything went smoothly from the beginning to the end. The staff was especially cool and friendly. I really appreciate great communication from hosts (they let us know that our apartment was ready 3 hours in advance - when you travel with kids, you appreciate this a lot). The apartment looked as in the photos, along with the services. Located directly in the heart of the old town.

More towel hangers in the bathroom + a door in the shower deserve a small repair (it's leaking outside). Otherwise, I would give 10/10 on rating:)

The location was perfect and can never be any better. Many upscale restaurants nearby and all the touristy points are close. The check-in process is through a restaurant, but our apartment was within the same building so not far from the reception.

1. I felt the room was a bit dark and less lighted. You cannot even open the windows, so the feeling was very dark even a full sunny day. 2. The breakfast should have been much better. It was very basic, only egg and bread.

The apartment was located in the very center of the old town (Narodni trg) and yet it was incredibly silent - a newly renovated studio in a historic building, spotless clean, very luminous and smartly furnished with a beautiful view of the Zadar old town roofs. I had to skip the breakfast, but the place where they serve it looked really nice and the food looked delicious... The staff was very kind and helpful.

The apartment was on the third floor, no lift. I didn't mind, but probably not suitable if you're carrying heavy luggage or have mobility issues. There are only a few parking places available, so you should make sure to book one well in advance. Finding a parking spot in Zadar in July and August can be very challenging,

I can hear the neighbors from the neighboring apartments very loudly, as if they were in my room. The air conditioner is right above the bed, which is not very good, and there is none in the other room, and it is hot there.

The apartment is located in the main road of the old town, it’s very convenient for waking to all the landscapes. The church is just in the front of the door, the cafe bar and restaurant are around. I have to say, this location is prefect for tourists! Besides, the house master helps to deliver the breakfast to our room, so kindly and thoughtful, we are very surprise for such good service! The only problem is we are feel cold due to the bad wether, but we didn’t want to disturb the house master, so just bearing with the cold sleeping. While it will definitely not impact the good experience for living here!

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment! The location is perfect—close to everything. It made exploring the area incredibly convenient. The staff was also fantastic—always friendly, professional, and quick to assist with any requests. They truly made me feel welcome. Overall, a great experience, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort and convenience

I booked this property on behalf of my dad and he absolutely loved it! Carlo was there to meet him upon arrival after his long 30+ hours of travel. He really eased my dad’s anxiety of being in a non English speaking country alone for the first time! Lovely hospitality. Amazing location. He had a stunning view from his room! The staff was amazing. He really helped us a lot and we had no issues with check in and check out. He really managed so that it was easy for us.The location is really central (in the old town) and it was easy to go everywhere from here (to the bus station, airport, restaurants, sightseeing).

In the night it can get loud because it’s central and you can heard the music, dancing and the people.

Great location in old town (beatiful view from window), next to the best ice cream place in Zadar. The room was very spacious, good beds, and air-conditioning. Staff were great and very accommodating.

No safe in the room. The bathroom was not equipped and finished to the same standard as the rest of the room. No lid on the toilet, crack in sink and wobbly tap. Not deal breakers, but just took the edge off the stay a little.
