We loved having a studio suite w/a kitchenette. The food was good. The price was very reasonable especially compared to other hotels. They also had a catamaran snorkeling boat ride option on property that was very nice.

The cons of this of this property are you won’t have access to a nice beach like you would at other hotels. There’s no daily maid service. We had two rooms and the one on the 2nd floor had issues with the air conditioning. We dropped the temperature to 60 and it was never as cool as the room on the 1st floor. The engineer couldn’t resolve the issue.

I liked the room and location of the property.

I called ahead of time to confirm booking, and the staff were not very helpful at all. Also, I was not aware that cleaning would not be done each day. Finally, Margaritaville provides price listings for taxi's, however the taxi drivers charge way more. This looks like fraud on the part of both parties. Kelly drivers indicate that Margaritaville does not know the exact prices. However, I am very aware of how taxi drivers increase prices in the VI as they choose. If Kelly is practicing this behavior, this looks terribly bad for Margaritaville. Please address this matter. This was very stressing during my stay.

Friendly staff and highly maintained facilities! The location was very accessible to Coki Beach which was beautiful!!! St. Thomas community is warm and friendly with beautiful mountain views. Loved seeing the cruise ships in the port!

I loved everything about it! Be sure to bring cash since the island does not have Uber service or rent a car which I strongly don’t suggest since traffic rules are non existent there.😊💁🏾‍♀️

Breakfast menu was limited in the restaurant but the cafe had options as well.

The smell from the seaweed was pretty bad. The resort was pushing it to the side of the beach to reduce the smell which was helpful. They also had a free shuttle to Coki and Sapphire which was great.

I’ve been here 4 times. get gas powered golf carts. add 11- drivers. I hate being in the units up on the hill in this past trip. We were stuck up on the hill again. my husband just had knee replacement so you’re waiting 20 minutes for a tram driver if they even show up to take you down the steep hill to the main part of the property. also, one would think by now they would add a pizza oven and have pizza on their menu.

GOOD - Staff was excellent and friendly. - The iguanas were great

BAD - Room check-in was delayed by almost 2 hours due to awaiting inspection - Bed had bed mites which became unbearable by day 3. - Pillow case had dried blood spots - Not being able to charge pool drinks/ food to your room was a disappointment - Having no food ordering options at the CHILL BAR POOL after about 4 PM was a bummer - The Sargasau Weed infestation on the beach that week was an unfortunate disappointment

Breakfast at cafe was Delicious!! Those lovely ladies made it fresh while you wait.

No beach at resort! The price is outrageous considering you have only 2 pools .. Restaurant food could be better… barely warm, fruit was not ripe at all. Wait to long for ride to room & the walk is almost impossible.

Everything! I love love love this property. Checking in was a breeze, the lady whom checked us in was a whole Angel. Upgraded our room, showed us the best spots to get food and drinks. there is a restaurant on the property just incase you don't want leave. The facility was super clean and great presentation. The margarita machines in the room was an ultimate win. The rooms were wonderfully designed and decorated. The beach is Eh but literally a 3 minute walk to Coki beach which is nice. Very busy but good for drinks and good food. You will have to pay for lawn chair but its only $5. Also the way to coki beach stop by the big tree and get some fresh coconut water , or make a naughty and add rum. Delicious . Checkout was easy and very fast. I would definitely recommend and will stay again myself.

Okay if i must pick one thing and its hard id say the beach. It could be a little cleaner .

Check in was a breeze! Our room was ready earlier than expected as we arrived a few hours prior to normal check in time. The staff was great! Everyone was friendly & helpful, lots fun personalities. Food & drinks were also really good. Good location if needing to walk to local grocery store Louie’s, or to venture out to try some local restaurants. Beautiful Coki beach was a quick 7 min walk from our resort. That beach is lively with beach bars/restaurants, shops, etc. Didn’t feel rushed out during check out time. Great experience all around!

The beach on the property is a lot smaller than expected and the water reminded me more of a lake. A little on the darker side due to seaweed but the pools made up for it. Biggest dislike is we didn’t book a longer trip.

Breakfast was good, coffee was great

Buffet food was overpriced for the quality. The smell of the seed weed near the water front was distracting.
