The main positive is that it is near town and across from the ferry terminal (an easy walk even with luggage), The cooked breakfast is good. We stayed in a waterfront view. Its fine, atmospheric, and the location is brilliant - a short and safe walk to the best quality supermarket on the island, and the Green House for lunch/dinner. Opposite the ferry terminal to St John and BVI. Ten minutes and $20 from the airport.The staff were helpful telling us where to see things and helping call taxi /transportation services. The hotel is nice and clean. Rooms were ok. 

All meals on the menu to the restaurant not available.. ( Particular - The Red Snapper). Some noise but expected being near the dock and MAIN road..

Location next to the harbor and downtown Charlotte Amalie can't be beat. Easy walk to Frenchtown, a mile to Crown bay harbor/ water taxi to Water Island, and less than a half mile to restaurants, bars, shops and historic area.

Harbor view rooms come with traffic noise, vehicle and sea plane!. Night time hours aren't bad. But, if you're a lite sleeper, this could be an issue.

This was our last stop before flying home from a wonderful vacation in St. John. The ferry put us out right in front of the hotel. I wasn't sure what to expect, but we were amazed at how pretty a hotel this is. Everything was very clean and tidy. The staff was very helpful and answered all of our questions. If you are in doubt, don't be. Easy walking distance to restaurants, etc. We had breakfast at the hotel which was very delicious. We would stay here again.

Nice staff and location! A bit pricy for what it is but i guess that's the standard for the island. One of the best options to stay if you want to be in the town center.

It's not a 5 stars hotel but you'll get what you see in the pictures. Nothing to complain about.

Location is good, most of the staff, are great. Security and bar staff really helped out.

Check in is ALWAYS 3 hours late and rooms not ready. Some of the Desk staff rude, not all. The bar staff had to go over their heads and helped get our rooms.

Due to the weather our flight got canceled two times and the second day I made this booking within an hour of arriving to the hotel. The staff was very understanding and nice. We didn't try to rush or bully them like other guests did and this ended in us getting a room faster. A little kindness goes a really long way on this island. I wish we would have been able to really enjoy the place more as it was very beautiful and the pool setting as great for relaxing and taking photos.

I have a slight fear of heights and the court yard view while pretty made me nervous. Other than that our rook had some kind of shutters to the bathroom that I wasn't sure you could open. Pretty neat if it's just you and someone else having fun. Weird when you have family with you.

We booked at the last minute because of flight issues related to Hurricane Fiona. It was a fairly stressful time for us and probably for the staff also, but the staff could not have been more helpful. They gave us information about the area, helped us get a taxi when we needed to leave on short notice. Outstanding service.

This is an older hotel and shows some wear, but it is clean and comfortable with a restaurant on the property with a good selection of items. Good value for the price.

The location was near everything. The property was kept clean. Staff was nice.

The only thing I didn't like was the water in the bathroom was a yellowish color. Which staff said they had no control over.

Was there for business. Great location close to many restaurants. Right on the waterfront. Pretty cool location. Texas Pit BBQ (food cart) across the street. Great BBQ and great view.

the room itself was a nice size ,the staff was very friendly and helpful, the food was very good, the hotel was clean and beautiful. the location is the best , in walking distance of everything, the front desk staff was so pleasant and so polite ,security was helpful and secured cabs for me ,they were awesome.

the room lacks microwave which is important feature. the coffee pot had no cover so I didn't make any coffee, the ice machine on the 4th floor was out of order and I didn't like walking down the stairs, I wish they could clean the rom more often and leave enough towels.
