I like that there is a grocery store downstairs which was convenient to buy mineral water, toiletries, etc.. There's also a nice view of the Mayon Volcano at the rooftop.

The location of the property is along the highway and has no nearby establishments except the grocery store downstairs. If you want to order food, you would have to ride the jeep to the malls/establishments or order via Grabfood.

Very convenient location if u have a car. Rooms are comfortable and clean. We had a great stay.

Smell of cat urine on some hours of the day at the hallway and reception area. Does bnot last long naman.

not very strategic to food establishment and the front parking is mostly taken up by the staff which shld not be… priority should be for their paying customers

Very decent room,. Clean and what I like about it is the heater and the cabinet. Very accommodating staff. Very happy cause i was able to have some documents printed in the reception area. The receptionist was very helpful. The location is one ride away to prc. Easy to locate as well. Thank you.

Our room was near the road so its a little bit noisy outside.

Location is a bit far from the center. Jeepney fares are not the same. Also some OF the tricycle fare charged too much.

The room is very spacious. That's very homey. I liked it.

It's far from thw centro. The bath towel is only one, it should be two since we booked for two persons. There's no free soap and shampoo too.

Its amenities and the staff were very accommodating.

it was peaceful, clean. there’s a grocery downstair where you can buy basic needs. staff was kind and accommmodating. i recommend this for solo traveller who wants a quiet place.
