Room was spacious with private balcony. Tea and Coffee making facilities and small fridge. Clean and quiet.

Had fun with the WiFi on arrival. We followed the compendium instructions but could not to connect any of our devices, Rang reception who offered to come over and observed the non connection. Lovely receptionist offered to try herself on my laptop. Bingo! She said many people had problems logging on. (Weird I thought) I Said we had followed the password which ended with a dot. " Oh, that's the old one. We dropped that ages ago." How long do you think? I asked. As long as I have worked here, she answered, about 4yrs!!! We all laughed and she immediately went back to rectify the problem and all the compendiums.

Our room was very comfortable, very clean with a lovely outddor patio setting. We had dinner at their restaurant, it too was very comfortable and clean with a relaxing welcoming atmosphere. The menu was varied, nicely presented and tasty. All their staff were friendly, cherrful, very welcoming with great customer service. Exceeded expectations and recommend without hesitation 100%. We will be back 🤗

Absolutely loved this property, completely underrated! Stayed here for three nights for a friend’s wedding and it was perfect. Rooms were clean and well equipped for our stay, beds were comfortable, and staff were friendly. There are two restaurants on site, and we visited Picasso’s twice for breakfast and once for dinner. And every time we were impressed, some of the best food we have had in NZ! Thanks for a great stay, we really enjoyed it.

Comfortable and relaxed, lots of power points, hooks where needed. Great to have a fan on very hot day. Comfy armchair, good shower. Great to have a balcony with sliding door to give good air flow

I would have liked to have a toaster in the room. While the armchairs were very comfy the material is flaking off. It would be great to get them recovered.

The room was great, a beautiful view of the garden. It was great that there were 2 restaurants to choose from as most of the town was shut down early. Comfy beds, very clean, great shower and all the necessities were there. A little far from central if you wanted to walk but the facilities were great!

Exceptional service, staff were friendly, easy check in. The meal was delicious 😋. Our room was nice & warm. Was dark walking to our room, there was an outside between the 2 units these were not turned on so make getting our key in the lock. But other than that, it was amazing

The customer service was excellent. Seamless checkin and very helpful. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. It was great having the restaurant on site and the food was excellent plus the staff made us feel very 'at home'. Would not hesitate to stay here again if passing through.

We rented 6 bedrooms for a group of friends holiday down south. Location is great. Only short drives to all the surrounding towns attractions otago and southland has to offer. Spacious rooms. Balcony at the back was fantastic to relax while enjoying the sun. Toilet and shower room are clean.

Fantastic welcome when I arrived. The guy on reception was very helpful with helping me orgainise some dinner etc. I can’t get over how quickly it arrived to my room. Was very yummy aswell. Room was nice and warm when I arrived and facilities were great.

Several of the group I was with wanted coffee after dinner but the coffee machine was turned off so not available. Breakfast not available as had been requested on booking
