The rooms were clean, comfy, and big enough. The beds were comfortable, but the pillows were not great. However, we could get an additional pillow from reception. The location is ideal: it is right next to the square, and it's easy to get to the castle. Parking is sorted via a parking garage, and you pay half price as a hotel guest. The massages and wellness were good, too.

The massages were good enough but not as good as we were hoping. It could get a bit crowded at breakfast regarding available seats, but it wasn't a large enough issue to be concerned about. We wanted to have keys to open the door that connected our two rooms; however, the reception couldn't give us the key as the necessary staff had gone home already (not sure how that would affect the availability of the keys)

Beautifully renovated classical hotel a few steps away from Trencin's main square. Very comfortable, very clean, very well-maintained.

We were expecting that the pool would be included in the price, but there is an extra fee to use the "wellness area" and you have to reserve a time slot ahead of time, which we did not want to do.

The location could not have been better. The hotel was quiet, even though it was beside a busy road, and very calm. Breakfast was excellent and the bedroom was very comfortable.

The shower screen in the bathroom was quite short, so the shower tended to make the floor wet.

Was a fan of the breakfast, as they offered not only a healthy mix of european food but had some american classics too. The room was very nice and the AC was cool, location was great as there was much to explore within the area.

Was not a fan that breakfast and the wellness center was not included.

Beautiful restored and completely refurbished hotel which is in a perfect location to enjoy the old town area of Trencin. The hotel is immaculate and the breakfast in the morning very much worth it - superb selection of quality food and polite and nice staff who welcome you

Amazing renovated hotel. Very very high standard and high quality materials were used. Bathroom is smaller but very very nice. Rooms are newly eauipped and bed is unbelievable comfortable. Hotel location right in the city center snd car parking also convenient. Breakfast amazing.

I loved the Wellness and massage. The bed was very comfortable and room was very clean

another hotel which felt a bit unpractical and impersonal. With few perks like books on the floor, Netflix option and some typical Slovak snacks would make it feel very different

The location is wonderful and staff was very helpful.

The AC was loud and you couldn’t change the setting so it was directly blowing on the bed. Check out is very early and you can’t use wellness facilities early in the morning.

Cosy room, very nice staff, great views. The staff took extra care to celebrate my partner's birthday with a small present, which I appreciate very much.

Proper espresso was not served as part of breakfast, extra charge was required. This can be better in a 4* hotel.

We like the style of the hotel--like something from the Hapsburgs! The breakfast was delicious! The little town so cute and walkabout! Great castle above the town! And Friday grill night on the summer terrace was excellent!
