Very nice hotel on very good place in historic center of the city. Staff was very nice. Restaurant is luxury (preparing the meal takes some time but it is not fast food). Room furniture is little bit old but room was clean. Car parking on hotel parking placewith special permission (this was good due to the reason that the hotel is located in NO-CAR zone). Hotel restaurant is quiet with good offer.

Room furniture little old, but still good. We had some troubles with door lock, but they fix it immediately. You need to wait for food on restaurant, but it is luxury restaurant so it is acceptable.

This was a lovely hotel, and as the name in Slovakian suggests, sits pretty much under the castle! It is in a fantastic location, and a mere 10 minute walk from the station. The room itself was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good.

The shower was not great, for two reasons. The shower head itself shot out painful jets of water, to the point where I had to position myself carefully as this spears of water on certain body parts was painful. Also, the water refused to go warm in the morning. We ran the shower for 5 minutes and it remained cold, not even luke warm. This may be ok for the summer, but not autumn.

Pictoresque hotel in one of the small city-center streets - but with a direct car access and private parking. Great localization, just at the steps to the castle on one side, and a city main square just a few steps down. Great for a short city-break. Breakfasts are in a neighbouring restaurant - just around the corner.

Rooms, although clean and need, could use a bit of a refresh. Nothing major though - the beds were comfortable, the AC worked (although it the remote was running on it last legs), the minibar and bathroom - all good.

Everyone was super friendly. Room is nice, cleaned every day. Breakfast is great in nice suroundings and with very helpful staff. Restaurant is available for dinner too.

Room facility has its best years already behind. Maybe it's time for some room upgrade. Parking area is quite limited, but managable.

The hotel is very well located, we could park our car in their parking lot which is a huge advantage as in that area the cars are not allowed (only if you live there). The room was spacious and we had a view to the castle. The breakfast was delicious and fresh. The staff were really friendly.

We rented a room at the foothill of the castle and it turned out to be a gem, a spacious mini apartment. Perfectly located not only to the castle itself, but to the other attractions worth seeing in this laid back city.

Our decision to reserve for two nights only.

Overall, it was a great place to stay in Trencin. Perfect location for the city center and castle. Food is a bit less than average. Nothing was hot or even warm, but breakfast is included, so how much can you complain?

A perfact locatin, dirctly under the castle and in the historic center. Nice room with view on the castle, big room, even with a little kitchen. Great breakfast, with view on the city and its old town.

Finding the hotel by car is a bit cumbersome as you need to pass the pedestrian zone, and you can do so. Bed could be a bit harder and the room as it was just under the roof, may have been a bit bigger. But all in all, a great place to stay...

Very nice staff. Beautiful Location, very quiet at night time and in the morning. Breakfast is served at an upper restaurant which overlooks the town square and the surroundings - absolutely beautiful view while enjoying a very nice breakfast. Facilities are very good, and a great mini bar. Car parking is secure and safe.

Kettle may need replacing, has a faulty switch and keeps boiling the water when plugged in.

The location is very good. Between the castle and the central area. Breakfast is very good aswell with an great view. There is parking available at the hotel which in this city is highly appreciated! The bathroom and beds were clean. Considering the price with parking and breakfast it is a good price.

The room itself is a bit older with carpet and no balcony. It could use a bit of an update. But again the room itself was clean
