The room ans the bathroom were super big, quiet and perfectly clean, there was even a pillow extra for our dog. The breakfast was delicious. We ordered food from the restaurant and it was also excellent and for a good price. The hotel is not located right in the city center, but that also means it is a quiet nice neighborhood and you can take a nice walk along the river and in 20 minutes you're in the city center. Or every ten minutes there is a bus...For us (couple with a dog) it was just perfect. We highly recommend it.

VERY spacious room, quiet, comfy beds, spacious and modern bathroom. We travelled with our dog and they kindly provided bowls and a doggy bed - super nice! The breakfast was nice and tasty, good selection, and the spa facilities were superb.

Our only comment is that the bathroom was missing floor mats. This may have been a mistake, and reception was very responsive. I would also recommend a refresh of the carpet, which was beginning to look tired.

From the reception to the restaurant, very super staff. The room is big and nice, just missing basic things like spoons, kettle, tea or coffee to make, when you buy a more expensive room for 189€ per night. This needs to be improved and it will be a 10/10. But overall I recommend it.

The cafe and restaurant employees are wonderful.

Front desk staff. Carpet stains. Lighting in room is all overhead with no lamps next to bed. Stains all over the carpets.

The room itself was spacious and well designed, modern with enough space and privacy for a family with a toddler. The breakfast was decent, with fresh fruit and a fairly wide selection of cold cuts and cheeses. We especially enjoyed the friendly staff and the large bathroom with a luxuriously sized bathtub.

The hotel itself looks quite shady from the outside. Arriving after dark, we weren’t sure where the main entrance is and were quite worried if the accommodation is as pictures on the photos. However, after entering we were pleasantly surprised; the hotel is modern, our suite was exactly as depicted on the website. But the first impression was really odd, the building looks more like an old communist shopping mall, rather than a four star hotel.

Rooms are huge, hearty breakfast, great minibar, walking distance to the city center and the train station. Easy for jogging as well (river path nearby). Staff very helpful and easygoing.

It’s in the shopping center, a bit unusual when you enter, but nothing disturbing really.

Spacious room, modern, jacuzzi is a nice touch in the living room. Very hospitable and accommodating staff. Greeted with fruit plate that was brought to our room. Garage. Restaurant on site, excellent breakfast. Close to Trencin fortress and downtown. Kudos.

Spacey and clean room, comfortable bed, good wifi. Wellness was included in the price, what a beautiful surprice. I was satisfied.

Breakfast can be better. The offer is quite good, but the quality of meals can be better.

Staff very friendly, helpful and professional. Spacious room, but still cozy, clean and comfortable. Relatively quiet, not very busy neighborhood. Beds were good recently replaced mattresses, this is an individual thing, but they were A-ok. Walking distance to city center. Breakfast was very good, you can order eggs made 4 ways, and there's a selection of the usual breakfast foods. Everything was fresh, and rasty. The restaurant was excellent, the staff is what you would expect in a top dollar place. An unexpected experience, very pleasant. The cook and kitchen staff - the food (asian style dinner + sushi) was fantastic.

Room had a lot of space, jacuzzi in the room was a little surprise (we missed it at photos), staff was friendly, spa and gym were great. Breakfast was worth it and we tried as well the dinner all-you-can-eat buffet and it was really good.
