4D3N stay. Great location to eateries n bus terminal. Clean room, although there were much ants upon check in n we have to call house keeping to rid of them. Fast response from staffs. Request for extra towels were given. Great service.

Requested for high floor but were given 2nd floor. Perhaps it's due to high volume of bookings. Didn't ask, so it's a mystery, haha..

The staff is really good and efficient.. Check in and check out process is fast. The room is spacious & beautiful. All the basic needs like towels, toiletries, hair dryer, coffee tea facilities, safe box and room slippers were provided. The hotel also near to the place to eat, and shopping places. Family mart, laundry bar and place to eat no need to be worry. The breakfast in hotel was served with alot of choices of dish. I love the hotel area because quite and very peaceful. A nice place to relax and rest.

The room and wall are not cleaned properly. Alot of dust at the wire, cables, tv, wall mount bed, and mirror not so clean. This part need to be improved. The carpet in the room need to vacuumed.

Breakfast was good, the room clean and comfortable. Front office indian guy with spec was polite and courteous.

I would like to emphasise on service. When you you talk to a guest, there should be eye contact, a lady staff (tall malay lady) was not very happy when i ask can we check in early. She just say out loud" pukul 3pm without looking. I was not satisfied but keep my cool.. Hotel was good but first impression by front office staff is disappointing.

very interesting place. suitable for families. facing the playground. if you are bored, you can have fun there. The hotel is classic and quiet. all the staff are very helpful and friendly. Big and clean room. the toilet is also big. bed in a comfortable and clean condition.

there is only one thing missing, which is the place to iron clothes which is only on the 2nd and 4th floor. sometimes it feels a bit inconvenient. and there are also hotel staff who barge into the room even though they have hung a do not disturb sign in front of the room door. I hope it can be fixed.

The location and beautiful design and furniture

Unfortunately, like many hotels in Malaysia. The building and initial furniture and design are beautiful, but maintenance is totally forgotten/ignored. For instance Century Pine is absolutely beautifully designed and furnished, but you go to barthhroom, the cement grouting is pathetic, some moulds on the ceiling, drops of paints on the barthtub. It seems no supervision. These small things dilute the beauty of the hotel and excellent design, Unfortunately.

the room deco and view from the balcony was nice. i get to see the fireworks at night during independence day. the room also a bit spacious to accommodate 2 adults and 2 children. i was really satisfied.

the hallway carpet a bit dusty and dirty. there is quiet lot of hair on the carpet

The location was very nice. Located in Tanah Rata where it is not traffic heavy. There are a lot of shops in walking distance like restaurants, banks, souvenir shops, and convenience stores. Very spacious parking space and breakfast menu changes everyday. Room service comes everyday if you need them. There is also a park where you can walk around in front of the hotel. A mosque is also located nearby.

Not much to dislike. But the room we got had a broken fan switch. It can only go to 3 or 0. We cannot slow down the fan and the room was very chilly. But it did not bother us much.

Lovely Stay with Warm Service👍 Just Needs a Few Upgrades🫡 We stayed at Century Pines Resort, Cameron Highlands from 15 to 17 June 2025 as a couple in their Deluxe Double Room. Overall, the experience was pleasant and comfortable. The room was spacious and clean, including the toilet, which was well-maintained. Staff were very welcoming, always greeting us with a smile and willing to help. A special thanks to the security team and housekeeping for their friendly attitude when we requested extra room amenities. Breakfast was a highlight! We stayed two days, and both mornings, the spread was impressive, fresh, delicious, and truly worth the price. Parking is easy to find, and the location is a big plus centrally located, making it easy to get to nearby attractions and shops.

Areas to Improve: The TV is outdated. An upgrade to a smart TV would enhance the stay. Wi-Fi connection was quite poor and couldn’t be connected most of the time. A minor room toilet upgrade would make a big difference. Despite a few small issues, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return in the future. With some slight improvements, this place could be a top choice in Cameron Highlands!

I had never experienced such rules in last 20 years while travelling to multiple destinations around the world through booking.com and even customer service of Booking.com was useless to help and couldn't counter the rule defined by this person which was totally against the booking rules defined by booking.com at their website!

Excellent location next to Tanah rata bus stand. Lots of restaurants nearby, good market and many options for sightseeing tours operators nearby. You can walk everywhere and feel like local. Very Spacious room, excellent view of a beautiful park and mountain, lots of space for parking, high end restaurants in resort. They have pool table and foosball table. Short walk to a Hindu temple and a canal and MArdi.

One minor irritant was the fireworks during late night. Maybe it was Ramadan month so these fireworks were done, and they were very close to the resort. But it is a festival time so can’t complain.
