New, clean, warm welcome by the team, location

Everything was super. Good storage space at the room, the kitchen was usable. Common spaces were really pretty. A huge common kitchen, library room, fooftop terrace, laundry room. Very kind and friendly staff. Highly recommend. I stayed for wgt, so for that location was good. This is not a luxury hotel, but it feels like home.

Not enough coffee capsules. If the maintenance is only in every 3 days, you run out of your coffee on day 2. Luckily the common kitchen had a good coffee machine and even free oatmilk so that was lovely. Also they could put a note to the rooms that there’s free water bottles in the common kitchen.

As frequent travelers, we were pleasantly surprised by the Stay Coook concept. We slept in a wonderfully comfortable, smartly and beautifully furnished apartment with stunning views all around. The digital key, the ability to easily and spontaneously meet other guests of all ages and nationalities without obligation, and the homely and playful atmosphere were truly a brilliant combination of a hotel, Airbnb, and bed and breakfast. The location is perfect. Easily accessible by car, with parking nearby. All the great restaurants and the town center are within walking distance. A lively atmosphere as soon as you leave Stay Coook. For us it was a whole new experience of staying and we would love to have a Stay Coook in every vibrant, inclusive and diverse city!

Superb! I’d almost book a trip back to Germany to visit this hotel again. Staff were lovely. Facilities phenomenal. The rooms were very well equipped and anything not there, (chopping board etc) is available in the communal kitchen downstairs. Free sparkling, ice or hot water and coffee downstairs and apples for children. Washing facilities. Fantastic games room with lovely relaxed feel and wooden “kapla” which my son loved. A great base and such a nice location with so many nice restaurants nearby. “nourish” bakery worth a visit and city centre and tram stop a few minutes walk.

My son said the only thing missing to make it “perfect” was a swimming pool. Also useful for guests to know the left luggage lockers need to be booked BEFORE check out. I didn’t know this and couldn’t use them when I came downstairs, but staff were helpful and let us leave bags in a room.

It is a nice, chic, very clean hotel, equipped with quality furniture. The space, although small, is very well thought out, compartmentalized, modern. The hotel is well located, with terraces and restaurants nearby, although in the central area, the street is very quiet. On the ground floor there is a large relaxation space, a new and modern concept that we liked a lot, you can socialize with special people. We recommend this hotel and we want to come back!

We would have liked the bathroom door not to be transparent.

The room was exceptional, huge and with a very confortable bed and equipment. The equipment for all the travelers in the lobby also seemed very qualitative and numerous, I sadly didn't have time to use them. It seems like a perfect place to have a relaxing time in Leipzig. The price was very low for the quality of the room, but it was a special price for the new opening

I arrived around 8PM and my digital key did not work to enter the hotel. Luckily some other travelers who were already registered opened the door Even though the digital keys are very convenient, for the very late traveler another option could be good in case internet/phone is not working

The location is perfect and had some lovely restaurants on the street and an adjoining café which had great coffee! There was a great use of space in the room as the bed rolls across to access the kitchen. Lovely rain shower and comfortable bed, room overlooked the courtyard with giant chess game. Water left in the fridge and check-in was very convenient.

No mini bar or vending machine anywhere when we were stuck for food one evening. Also nearby shops all closed early so would have been nice to have something available at the hotel. But otherwise was a very pleasant stay and perfect location so will be back.

Excellent location, very comfortable room and bed. Excellent A/C and wifi - no problems with video conferencing. Playful and thoughtful details in the room. Will definitely stay again next time I'm in Leipzig. Fun common areas, including a free jazz concert

The water wasn't potable - there was abundant free bottled water in the lobby and generally wasn't a problem, but it would have been nice to have been notified by the hotel ahead of time about the situation

Location could not be better. Staff downstairs in the common areas - and upstairs cleaners in the corridors, also outstanding, always friendly and helpful. The clean, well-equipped kitchen area and adjacent sitting and relaxing rooms are superb, and there is always a really friendly helpful and bilingual member of staff on hand to help. This aspect of my stay was nonpareil.

My room was a bit weird. Thought it could have been designed to win a photo prize in a glossy magazine, rather than comfort of guest. A stand held a toy crossbow - target on back of door - but no closet for hanging clothes and no door on the toilet - an open spartan cubicle. Fortunately a high bed so space for suitcase underneath. I had booked for more than a week, so after a while this room began to feel inconvenient. Perhaps I should invest more, on a bigger room, next time. Or find somewhere else.

This is a great concept for those that are looking for a cool place to stay. It does have a lot of communal areas, but at the same time values your privacy. There are common areas like the lounge & kitchen & dining room with a nice outdoor patio next to it. If you'd like to keep away from the crowds you can hide on the rooftop terrace or in the cozy library. Or simply in your room that has everything you need. Also the location is amazing, we loved being so close to everything the city has to offer - you can basically walk anywhere.

The only thing I still do not get is the trend of open bathrooms - there's only glass door that does have little open space at the top, so is not sound proof. It wasn't a problem for us but I know a lot of people would have problems to use it. Not all guests are couples who don't mind seeing / hearing everything :)
