It's very central, close to lots of shops, restaurants, the railway station, everything within easy walking distance. Breakfast was good, there was a Nespresso machine and kettle in the room. Plenty of places to park in the hotel car park.

The pool water was very cold, so we only used it for a few minutes. Our pillows were rather hard and too thick, so we slept without them. Only 'The Local' eatery was open in the hotel - a bar area that served burgers, so we opted to walk to a lovely restaurant near the Altes Rathaus for a proper meal.

The location in the center and close to the railway station was perfect for my needs. The historical town center at a small walking distance. I liked the breakfast and the friendliness and helpfulness of the breakfast staff. Parking in the shopping center across the road was convenient as well. Good to know if parking there that when the shopping center is closed there is a side entrance around the right corner (as seen from the hotel). This side entrance will open by touching a device on the right hand side with the coin that comes out when entering the parking garage. The king size bed on the 7th floor had a mattress that I liked, i.e. not too hard as I find in many other 4 star hotels.

At check-in the room allocated did not have the King Size bed that I booked. It took about half an hour to change that after I found out. This was unpleasant, especially as it was already close to midnight when I arrived. It was fixed in the end though. The room did not have a refrigerator/mini-bar which I found odd for a Marriott hotel.

My stay at the Marriott Hotel in Leipzig was truly outstanding. The staff went above and beyond to provide warm and attentive service. The rooms were immaculately clean and comfortable. The hotel's central location in the heart of the city made it extremely convenient for exploring Leipzig. Whether it was strolling through the historic streets or visiting the local attractions, the hotel's strategic location added immense value to my overall stay.

Hotel is easy walk from main train station. A grocery store conveniently across the street and many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Historic Old Town was close and very convenient to get to. Hotel front desk staff spoke English and were helpful in choosing restaurants and how to get to other areas of Leipzig by tram. Room was clean and a generous size, elevator available, and coffee bar/ club bar in lobby. Also, hotel supplied extra pillows per my request.

The air conditioning did not get very cold but room was still comfortable.

Great breakfast, very comfortable beds although rather narrow. Swimming pool is really great for children. The personnel is very friendly and helpful. Also perfect location.

We asked for the quiet room and indeed have not heard anything from the street as the windows went simply to the other building but we could hear conversations of all our neighbors and people in the hall. So would be nice to somehow invest in better noise isolation. And it seems the furniture was not changed since the hotel was opened so some refreshment would be good.

Very comfy beds and pillows and noise isolation was superb. Just what is needed after a long day. The room was super clean and didn't seem worn out. Also they put two glass bottles of water, thank you for that. Good breakfast, I liked the hot station with fried eggs or omelette.

I missed slippers and vanity kits. Though I liked the breakfast here, I personally don't think it costs 20 Eur per guest.

Five minute walk from the train station with lots of restaurants to choose from. The hotel was quiet despite being a part of the busiest part of Leipzig. We did not eat at the hotel, finding better breakfasts down the block for half the price. Double room was comfortable for two of us.

This hotel was as pricy as those comparable in larger cities. Marriott is charging "capital city" prices in a much smaller market. Perhaps we were paying for the accessibility to the train station.

Having problem with internet connection, Hannsan - the front desk helped me to check with IT, and Mr.Knospe helped to arrange to find a place to work in the next day. Later, the internet connections worked well. The house keeping team also very friendly and ready to help.

We arrived early morning around 9:30 am. The front desk staff said that check-in is at 3:00 p.m. However, there were not so many check-in and check-out on the day I arrived. I asked whether we could get the room key earlier than 3:00 p.m., because I need to log into system for the conference call in the afternoon. I called booking for consulting, and booking team was also not helpful. Through the call and discussion, I got my key at 2:50 p.m.

It was quality stay for our family of 2 adults and 2 kids. Beds are large enough and good, also bathtub is good size. Pool is great addition to the family like us who love to swim. Selection in the breakfast is really great and tasty as well. Overall it was excellent stay and would recommend people.

There was no point which we didn't like, if we need to say then it will be better if the opening hour of the pool could be longer in earlier timing. Parking space was OK but the entrance is bit tight for SUV.

Location was perfect. Walking distance to everything we needed. Staff was very welcoming and helpful from check in to breakfast to check out.

Bathroom was a little tight. The toilet was an inch from the door. Pool hours worked but I guess most of the time it is rented out for a sports/swim thing.
