Location is great! Not just trains, but trams and buses come into central hub. Easy to catch public transport for city. I was on 6th floor and didn't hear any noise. Could feel the rumble of trains and it put me to sleep like the womb. 15 Euro breakfast was excellent! Eggs and bacon, plus all other options. Wait staff kept it neat and running smoothly even when crowded. Room was small by American standards, but I was out in Leipzig each day and didn't notice. All fixtures and furniture was new and modern and clean. Front desk staff was competent and friendly.

Clean rooms, comfortable bed. We were in a studio which was pretty enough for 3 people. The breakfast is awesome with everything one needs - variety of eggs, cereal, etc. As a Genius member on Booking.com, the value for money was unbeatable. Location - right in front of the main train station, which very convenient for early flights. Also 5 minutes away from the central walking area. Parking - there is paid public parking few meters in front of the hotel. The price is per calendar day 7€, but not per 24h.

Its perfect if you intend to visit Leipzig for the Wave Gothik Treffen festival - hotel is right outside the West Exit of the Leipzig Hauptbahnof. --- Much shopping, eaiting, and also some sight seeing to do within the surrounding area 30mins - 1hr on foot.

The pillows - the pillows were extremely uncomfortable. Hotel should have in stock a variety of pillows in order to suit the orthapaedic needs for their clients. I for one couldn't sleep properly as they were just too soft.

Directly across from Leipzig main station so transport links are on your doorstep. Friendly and helpful staff who allowed me to leave my luggage for the day while exploring the city. The room was spacious, had air-conditioning which was welcome due to the temperatures at the time of my stay. The shower was great and the bed was really comfortable

There was nothing i can fault with the hotel.

Aircon working in the room when it was 30C and above outside. Georg from F&B was very helpful in giving tips to sights, directions to various sights even through he was not obliged to. Great start to my day to see his broad smile and greetings (unlike some of the front desk staff). However they did promptly address to our request for extra pillows. The breakfast was good.

No English language program like the BBC on TV.

We were using public transportation and the hotel was directly across from the central train station. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was quiet when the window was closed.

The air conditioner was average and we would have liked it if it made the room a little colder. We like a very cool room.

The hotel is located in the central part of Leipzig, close to the railway station. Very close to all tourist attractions, city hall, fairs. The room was standard double room, a sofa for the child was prepared with bedding. Clean, quite cosy. The staff is friendly. There is a free luggage storage, if you leave the city after 12.00, it is very convenient to leave your luggage and go for a walk. Highly recommended

The room was clean when we got there and even though it was on the front side of the building, we still could not hear anything from the street.

My friend and I arrived a bit earlier, around 13:30. We were told that our room was not ready and it is ok. We came back an hour later and we had to wait 30min to be let into our rooms. I believe that when the time is shorter, possibly we could have been let it 30 minutes before.

Good location right opposite the side of the station. Very helpful staff that helped us with a recommendation for our evening meal - Rat Keller - under the old town hall in central Leipzig. Great rooms. Very clean.

Very minor point - very minor! Breakfast room could be rather cramped when busy but the choice and quality of food was first class.

Best Western Hotel is a great choice for travelers to Leipzig, either for business or pleasure. It is at a very convenient location, within walking distance from the central station and most landmarks of Leipzig, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the room clean and in great condition, and the breakfast varied and of excellent quality. We would certainly stay there again!
