The perfect hotel for a visit to the surprisingly charming city of Leipzig, located right next to the impressive train station yet without any noise disturbance. The room is modern, as is the rest of the hotel. The mattresses are comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Breakfast is more than sufficient, and the staff is friendly—especially the breakfast team, who made a particularly pleasant impression. I would not hesitate to book this hotel again.

The only slight drawback is that the modern seating in the room is more of an artistic statement than a comfortable sofa.

Freindly welcome. Good breakfast buffet (still available for late risers up to ~1030-1100) and evening snack service. Blackout curtains which effectively blocked the night time street lights. Noon checkout which was handy as my flight was not till the afternoon. Easy walking distance to the old town (~10 minutes), very close to train station with taxi rank, and only a 15 minute walk to the Kongress Halle (linked to Leipzig Zoo which is well worth a visit) if that is your intended business venue. As an aside the Battle of the Nations monument and nearby cemetery as also must see places if you are sightseeing.

Double bed was two singles pushed together with two single duvets. In effect one ends up sleeping in a single bed, but this is not unusual on the continent.

Buffet style breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Was very busy at popular times, but stocks were replenished frequently. Tables were cleared and cleaned promptly. Location is conveniently close to the station - just a few minutes walk, and only a 10 minute walk to the centre of town. Cleaning of rooms was excellent as was the cleanliness of the hotel in general.

Lack of tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The room could do with shelving/drawer storage.

It’s just a short walk from the train station. The shortest way, head to Hyperion then past it on the right and you will see H2. Check in was fast. There are elevators. The room was modern and clean if a little dormitory like. At first we weren’t sure about the bunk beds. But it makes sense for housing 3-4 people. It relieves precious floor space so the room seem bigger for all our luggage. Each bed has a panel with reading light and a net for some personal stuff. Those sleeping below be careful though not to hit your head against the upper beds as they are just forehead height so you don’t see it until you hit it. Still it was a nice arrangement if one or more of your party don’t mind sleeping in the top bunk. What we like most is the wc and shower being separate. With 3 of us someone is almost always using the toilet or the bathroom. The toilet even has its own sink. So we had a comfortable stay. Breakfast was varied and good.

No kettle, coffee and tea. No fridge.

The location was great - right near the station making it easy to get our luggage there and go out exploring afterwards. The room was clean and tidy and perfect for a short stay to visit the Christmas markets. Breakfast was included which was hit or miss. The first day was overcrowded but the second day was great. A good choice of food and drinks. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful but because the breakfast staff were overworked and overwhelmed, they were not as friendly! I would stay here again for the location.

Breakfast was a big letdown on the first day. It was the first day that the Christmas markets opened and also the weekend. The hotel did not put enough staff on to cater for the ‘full house’ and it was difficult to get any food as it ran out so quickly and the staff were not able to refill it quickly enough.

The hotel room was quite large and did not feel cramped at all even though we were a group of 4. The shelves by the beds are very thoughtfully planned out (it has a mesh basket for your things, a switch to turn off all the nights so you don't have to leave your bed to do so, a plug for your things and a bedside lamp). We got the double bunkbed room for our group, and the mattresses were very large and comfy. It was also really nice that the shower and the toilet are separate rooms, so with a group of 4 we didn't have to fight over the bathroom privileges. And if too many people need to use the bathroom at once, on the ground floor there was a very clean public restroom. The hotel facilities were very nice. Our room came with free breakfast and the selection (the meatballs were delicious) were quite nice. The hotel also has an affordable cafe to order at until 11p and has outdoor seating, where my friends and I relaxed in during the evenings with some beer from the supermarket. Location was great! The hotel is located right by the train station and 5 minute walk to a tram stop. Although not centrally located in Leipzig, it was still pretty easy to get around with the tram or via walking (~15 min).

The AC was not working well in our room so we were sweating throughout the morning AND the night. I think the heat was exacerbated because our room was in one of the higher floors and the sun would shine directly into our room in the mornings. Unfortunately, we cannot open the windows either so couldn't air out the room while we were out in the middle of the day. The staff were friendly enough but we had some issues communicating with the staff- I believe it may have been mostly due to a language barrier. It was difficult to ask for extra things like ice or to ask about how the television worked. But again, I think that's more due to a language barrier so for those who don't speak German, definitely come with a translation app

Hotel was great, directly in front of Leipzig Hauptbahnhof and about 20 minut walk from the city center. Quiet and confort, although pillows were not great. The bathroom had a separation door between the toilet and the shower, which we liked very much. Reception always friendly and helpful. Frühstück amazing, delicious and full of options. Whenever we are back in Leipzig, we are staying there for sure!

I love this Hotel and I always stay here everytime I come to Leipzig (unless they have no rooms available). their breakfast is really good! great location and nice rooms. Love it

I guess the only thing I dont like is that they dont have express check-out (namely those boxes where you just drop your room key). and everytime you must wait for someone to check your key and check you out. Just put a box next to the reception so we can just drop our room keys and be on our way ;)

Great 4 bedded room, super clean, separation of toilet and bathroom which is for a dorm perfect. Staff helpful and always present at the reception.

The breakfast was okish. It’s proper continental breakfast but that’s it. No additional features like pancakes or freshly made egg dishes. Also no milk alternatives. Nevertheless you won’t leave hungry. Everything was clean and the breakfast staff made sure everything is filled up.

I was in Leipzig for a concert and this hotel was at a prime location from the venue (30 minutes on foot), next to the train station and had a great price. Breakfast buffet was good. I've stayed in this brand of hotels before, so I knew what to expect.

I needed to keep some notes while in the room, but my type of room unfortunately didn't have a notebook to do so. Minor inconvenience, I know.
