The breakfast buffet was exceptional. I stayed for 7 nights so it was great to have a variation with some of the buffet items. The staff were tip-top and helpful too. Our room was excellent and a bit of a wow factor for me. I booked the location as it is so close to the station and that worked out very well for me.

I truly cant say there was anything I did not like. The whole experience of my stay was fantastic. When you book ahead for seven nights it can be a worry that the place might not be up to scratch but this was all perfect.

It was bigger than I thought, and for the money that I paid it was more than enough. Also liked how the room looked, was very beautiful. The location of the hotel is also good. I liked the windows too, how you could look outside with block to the city.

Didn't have any Crockery or cutlery. Also the showers could be bigger, because the bathroom is more than big enough to build the showers bigger, for more comfort.

We were upgraded to a suite, and really enjoyed having a lounge as well as our bedroom. Bed was comfy, shower had lots of hot water, breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Location of hotel right by the station was great, as it was also very near the alt stadt.

Our suite had a kitchen (sink, fridge, smalloven, microwave). However, curiously there was no cutlery, crockery or cooking equipment. So a waste of space. As usual we only had one large towel each - and quite hard ones at that.

The hotel was extremely conveniently located within a couple minute walk to the city center, across the street from an overnight parking structure and the shopping center (Hofe am Brühl), and across from the train station but not too close to be sketchy. The room was really spacious with a small kitchen and they provided tea and coffee, and a water cooker. Breakfast was great with very fresh baked goods and great variety as well as very good, efficient service. The staff were very friendly. We would stay here again.

The room wasn’t 4-star hotel clean, there were a few dust bunnies in the corners. But beds, bathroom and kitchen were very clean.

A location of the hotel is perfect. It is close to a historical part, close to a railway/bus station. Breakfast was really good. Staff is friendly and helpful. A room was spacy. A view from a window to the station is attached. Could leave luggage before check-in, after check-out.

It was the strangest experience at hotels ever, because an electronic key to a room did not work. Had to ask at reception every time exited/entered a room. Even at breakfast. If not that, the stay would be perfect. Another point was a kitchenette in the room. Though there was a stove, there were no dishes at all. Also, there was no electric kettle. So, it was almost useless. Looks like got a room, which was not properly served/prepared because of the not working key. Though, it was clean.

Reception staff were very good and friendly we had a comfort dbl room which is very big and comfortable, room was spotless and serviced daily. Breakfast is very good with a good choice of hot and cold and fruit. Location is very close to the centre with a big choice of eateries very close.

If I must say anything negative the lift is a bit slow.

Excellent location, next to the train station, 15min train ride to the airport, close to the city center, big room, very clean, nice view to the main street, very hot in the room.

Miscommunication over breakfast times. On the desk the person told us 7am-11am but on the 2nd day we went for breakfast at 10:30am they told us it was 6:30am-10:30am and it was private for staff only then so we didn't get service. No pots/pans/utensils to cook with in the kitchen.

It was a nice double room suite with a mini kitchen, dining table, TV, sofa bed. I was able to completely blackout the bedroom from lights and noise. Excellent breakfast in the morning with a lot of choices. Location close to the train station and local transportation, also a walkable distance to the center.

Great location next to railway station, just a minute's walk from the beautiful old town. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Room and bathroom were spacious and clean. No aircon, but could open the large windows for ventilation.

There was a mini-kitchen (fridge, microwave, sink) in the room, but not any utencils (plates, glasses, cutlery) whatsoever.
