clean and comfortable

Everything was good – clean and comfortable – but there was one important issue: the listing stated that the room included hygiene items such as a toothbrush, shampoo, and hair conditioner. In reality, there was only soap and shower gel. We arrived on Saturday evening and had to attend an event on Sunday. Since it's difficult to find a cosmetics store open on Saturday night, we had to go to the event without brushing our teeth and with unwashed hair after the long road, because we trusted that these items would be provided in the room. It was also a pity that there was no bottle of water – we were very thirsty. Although, to be fair, it wasn't promised.

The location is super convenient, with easy access to many areas around the city, which made getting around really simple.

The cleanliness of the floor was disappointing. It appeared dirty, and I suspect it wasn’t vacuumed during my stay. I hope this can be addressed properly to ensure a more comfortable experience for future guests.

the location is nice and it is located in a refurbished old building. The rooms have a kitchenette, relaxing furniture and are cozy and comfy. It's easy to park, they have a large covered parking next door. The city is small, so it is practical to reach any point.

Well, it was a bit tricky to check in (and the rain was pouring that day). First they have everything with electronic codes (codes for entrance, codes for room that you only get when you arrive - it's a bit stressful ... ) the trick is: they have 2 properties next to each other. They didn't indicate in which it was and we spent 30min calling the hotel team, trying to fix the codes that didn't work for room 203 until we hinted that the "other" Limehome was just next building (room 203). So please, DO explain to customers there is 2x Limehome and tell them clearly which to go! (Then it was all super smooth ...)

Great location . Veeeery spacious room for two people . New and fancy facilities and design. Silent neighbourhood even though it’s located in the city center . Great value for the price . Thanks a lot for presents and quality bathroom equipment( shampoo , shower gel toothpaste, toothbrush and towels)

I couldn’t reach customer service neither by call nor via watsapp. Maybe it was because of Christmas day . Anyways it was about parking and there are many private parking nearby so I solved it quick .

Nice apartment with high-quality fixtures and fittings. Fantastic and spacious bathroom. Located closes to everything in Leipzig, perfect especially if you arrive by train. Great to have a fully functional kitchen with dishwasher. Choice of 2 or 3 supermarkets just round the corner also very convenient.

Completely online check-in procedure is a little complicated especially if you are tired after a long journey, so glad my smartphone still had a bit of power left. Cups in the kitchen are too small, mugs would be nice! Nespresso coffee machine made horrible coffee, would prefer a normal filter machine or a plunger. Mattress topper to soft and warm especially for summer.

Very well located, easy to get in. Very confortable, great amenities. Very confortable and solid bed (I'm overweight). Small corner with a table/desk - ideal for work. All in all a great experience.

Absence of resident staff, although a known aspect of the hotel at the time of booking. After experiencing this, it is not clear what would happen should there be an emergency, particularly for a solo traveler. Not a negative for everyone, but could be for some.

The room was in a great location near the Christmas markets and it was relatively easy to check into the lockbox on both floors. Everything we needed was in the room/kitchen, and we enjoyed our stay.

Would have been great to have a small couch in the room since there was plenty of room, but not a dealbreaker.

The room was clean and cozy. We had a small kitchen with the coffee machine on which we didn't count, so it was a bonus, because we travel with a toddler who wakes up very early. :) A gift set from the hotel was a cute and practical present too! The location is very nice, at the beginning of the old town of Leipzig.

Everything was incredibly comfortable and calming.

The only thing that was a major issue was the lack of cooking utensils. It was tricky making and serving scrambled eggs with no spatula or wooden spoon, only a whisk...
