The hotel is centrally located - just 30 seconds from the main train station & the station mall that has lots of eateries & a supermarket. The main market area & St Thomaskirche is just 15-20 min walk away. There are trams & buses in front of the train station that bring you anywhere in Leipzig. The hotel is new & the room was comfortable. Absolutely loved the crispy clean bedsheets & towels. The air conditioning was also very good, given the hot Summer weather. There’s fresh fruit-scented water available at the reception for guests. The reception & bar staff were very friendly & helpful. A special shout out too, to Herr H Thomas & Herr Bloomberg (?) at the reception who helped make my 13 night stay a very pleasant & comfortable one. The friendly mixer at the bar also impressed me by being able to mix a cocktail that wasn’t on the menu.

The floor of my room could do with a good mop - my feet were black whenever I walked around barefooted.

This was an excellent hotel, well located, next to the train station, in the beautiful city of Leipzig. A very modern hotel which uses technology in the rooms to operate lights blinds and air-conditioning from your bedside table. For a technophob this could be a bit daunting, but it is pretty intuitive and you get the hang of it quite quickly. The rooms are a good size, with quality beds and bedding and the bathroom is right up-to-date. What’s the hotel does not have, is its own on-site parking but it is adjacent to a multistory Car Park, which is just a very short walk to the main reception. We were concerned, before arriving, that the location next to the train station and the adjacent number of tram lines would be noisy however, we could not hear any external noise at all, and the rooms themselves are very soundproofed. The in room minibar is free and is topped up daily by the staff.

Nothing really although our room gave us access to the business lounge which we didn’t use, primarily because it seemed not to have any air-conditioning in there at all and so was very hot and stuffy.

Perfect location at the east exit of the Train Station. Just a short walk into the centre of the city. Staff are lovely and our room was spotless. Breakfast was fab, so much on offer and full at all times we were there.

I would note for anyone travelling alone that the side of the Train Station seems to be a place of gathering for groups of youths who could be a bit intimidating especially later at night. It wasn’t a problem but something to note about the area.

If I will need to stay in Leipzig again, I will definetly return to this hotel. The location - a minute walk from hbf (that also includes a parking 15E per day), 10-15 minutes to all historical places. The staff - helpful, smiling, there for any requests. The breakfast was exceptional. The free minibar (with beer, soda, etc), the access to executive lounge, the late checkout - all that added a lot to our comfort.

Being close to hbf makes the location a little bit less family/kids friendly, but on the other hand it is valuable for access of public transport.

I have to say that it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Beyond the exceptional cleanliness and outstanding service, one of the standout features was that all the snacks and drinks in the minibar were included in the price of the room. This thoughtful touch made me feel truly welcome and added tremendous value to my stay. Additionally, the breakfast at [Hotel Name]

almost nothing

The establishment offers an excellent breakfast, comfortable beds and exceptionally friendly service, which is rarely experienced. It is situated in a very good location.

Leipzig is located near the Czech Republic and Poland. While there were numerous Arabic, Turkish, and English TV channels, there seemed to be a lack of representation from the Czech Republic or Poland. In my opinion, this could be perceived as a form of discrimination.

Very central location right next to Leipzig station. Car parking is also available, although a short walk from the hotel's entrance (Fernbus Terminal). The rooms were very modern and clean, it was also surprisingly quiet for the location!

Staff was a bit indifferent at times. The TV is also restricted, we couldn't even mirror our phones / laptops to watch youtube or netflix, which is sad considering how new everything looked. Toilet paper was also only restocked after we asked for it.

An unbelievable hotel right in the centre of Leipzig. I loved my stay here. €109 for one night, included breakfast, city tax and inclusive mini bar, amazing value. And the hotel was quiet, modern and spotlessly clean. There was a rain shower and all all the mod cons. The staff were extremely helpful also.

Can't fault it at all

Hotel is in a very central location next to the Hauptbahnhof. Room was well designed and equipped with really good air con. I slept very well at the hotel.

Car parking is not particularly convenient, relying on the bus terminal car park near by. Breakfast was a very expensive option.

Let's start with not 5 stars. Location is pretty much city centre but hotel is actually managing this very very well. When sitting in a hotel bar outside it's simply busy and loud from the street. This also applies to location. On the other hand staff at the reception... Lady we dealt with is the most polite, happy and funny we ever had pleasure to deal with. This is coming from someone who not only been guest in Europe of high quality hotels. Additionally a bar staff gentleman who was serving us on the day was again the most professional happy and helpful person we death with in a long time. It just shows customer service did not die here in Europe and it certainly is at the highest level in Hyperion Hotel Leipzig.

Outside hotel can get noisy as in direct proximity of main street. It's very much a personal thing and therefore not very much applicable to hotel as it's for masses. I personally prefer a bit harder head pillow on bed.
