Title: Fantastic Stay in Leipzig! I had a wonderful stay at Premier Inn hotel in Leipzig. The room I received was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Everything was tidy, neat, and well-maintained. I especially appreciated the air conditioning, the wonderful bathroom, and all the modern facilities it really felt high quality. The service was also very good, and the staff were helpful and friendly. To sum it all, everything was perfect. I would highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again!

My only minor comment is about the coffee in the bar in the morning. It would be great if it were included as part of the stay, but this is really a small detail. And apart from that all was perfect.

Room was perfectly clean and equiped with almost everything you may need. Linens were super fresh and bathroom squeaky clean. The stay was very comfortable. Staff were helpful, even answered specific inquiries and spoke great english! The biggest highlight was the breakfast. So many dishes served, a great selection of tea and coffee, alternative milk options… everything about the breakfast was super great! Thank you.

The location is very busy which we obviously expected. Trams were very noisy on the street, however we found that the windows at this hotel are great at noise cancelling everything from the street. So once we closed them all down for the night, it was super quiet! The other thing I didn’t like was the parking arrangement, the entrance to the hotel’s underground parking lot is extremely narrow. Therefore we opted for an alternative at the Q-park on the Opera square for the same price point.

I was in Leipzig for work and was looking for a hotel close to the railway station and the university. Premier Inn was just that. It is literally 5 minutes from the railway station, in the very centre of the town, in the walking distance to all the sights, museums - and, yes, the university. It is a standard Premier Inn. It has 7 floors, my room was on the highest one, which I really liked. The rooms are simple but cosy. I appreciated there was a kettle to make tea/coffee. Room service is upon request and I did not need it during my short stay. Wifi worked very well. I did not have breakfast at the hotel but it is served in the restaurant on the ground floor from 6.30 or 7.00, for 17 Euro (if I remember correctly what I was told). There are many shops and restaurants around the hotel, including those in the railway station (there is a mall there). Overall, I was satisfied with this hotel and would not hesitate to choose it again if/when back to Leipzig.

It would be nice to have a fridge in the room.

Good location near the train station and city center, helpful staff, we had a nice room with view to the park, modern furniture and confortable bed. If you don't want everyday cleaning, you can donate that as the hotel funds a charity program. If you arrive early, you can leave you luggage at the hotel. Coffee and tea in the room.

Check in a little late at 3pm or you can check in early if you pay extra. Very low pressure in the shower on the 5th floor. I don't know if it's something general on this floor or just a problem with our shower.

The hotel itself is very nicely positioned at 5 minutes from the central station and with easy tram access. The breakfast is very diverse and tasty and with great vegan options.

I think it would be nice if the rooms had a small fridge but we managed without one. We stayed there during Christmas for 3 days, and no one came to clean the room. I didn't want clean towels, but we consumed a lot of water and beverages, and after 3 days, our room was filled with empty bottles and canes.

When I entered my room , the previous person had not left- not vacated . Their belongings were still there. I immediately went to the reception to notify that someone still has the room. They were very embarrassed by this mistake and gave me an other room. The Wifi was terrible.

The location in excellent, close to Leipzig Train Central Station ( about 10 min walk ), next to Opera House , and from 5 to 15 minutes walk from main attractions : Marktplatz, Mädler Arcade Gallery, Museum of fine arts, St. Thomas Church, St. Nicholas Church , making it easy to explore The Old Town by foot. The room is modern and well equipped, the breakfast provides enough products, fresh and delicious.

There were no significant negative aspects worth mentioning.

A little bit of noise coming from the trains, trams. Also, I thought there would be complementary toiletries, but there weren’t any. It didn’t bother me, it was merely an expectation. Other than that, I was very happy with my stay.

Great hotel. Loved that it focused on quality sleep. I was well rested. They had soft and hard options of pillows available in the room. They had an option to request cooler blankets in case we found the provided ones too thick. Nice shower and shower gel/shampoo. There is a water boiler and tea options. We also had a couch and tv. The room was really nicely designed. There is a vending machine to buy water or snacks.

The cleaning staff entered our room before we checked out which we found really annoying. It's not nice to just dive into a room when it's still used. The tea assortment had changed from 2 types to 4 types which was interesting. Like they forgot to restock it when we arrived.

The room was a decent size, and the bathroom was very clean and had a good shower. The breakfast had a nice range of the usual fare. Reception staff were very helpful and accommodating. The proximity to the city centre and, particularly, to the station was a definite plus. Overall, the price to service ratio was very good.
