The hotel is in a great location in the centre of Leipzig pedestrian old town, great for exploring citycentre attractions on foot. Staff were very friendly & informative. We were able to leave our luggage at the hotel until check-in time, when we did check-in our cases had already been put into our rooms & we were offered a complementary welcome drink. Rooms were spacious & clean, beds were comfortable with quality bedding.There was a welcome note & chocolate each too.Lovely bathroom with great shower. The hotel was quiet, breakfast was excellent, hot & cold buffet with a huge choice to suit all tastes.Again the breakfast staff were lovely. This hotel was very good value for money, I would happily recommend to anyone visiting Leipzig.

Everything was great

The place is in an excellent central place - directly in the heart of Leipzig. In our nice room we had a marvellous view directly to the roofs of St.Michaelis Church. In spite of the central location, the room was really quiet. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is very good at the top roof with an escellent panorama to the city.

In fact, tha Hotel does not have its own parking place. Parking is available in a nearby Parking house however the Hotel can provide a voucher to it. 100 m walking maximum. Although the breakfast was good, - the "sweet section" was rather poor, and could be improved.

I was overall very positively surprised by the near-flawless presentation of the hotel! Service was warm and welcoming, the room was a *lot* bigger than I imagined (and as beautiful as in the pictures), breakfast covered all important bases and was of good quality. Lastly, the location is nice and central, but still quiet!

I may be wrong here: I felt like there was miscommunication regarding the breakfast hours. I believe somewhere (elevator or reception) I got the info that breakfast starts at 6, and somewhere else it was written that it's 6:30... I showed up at 6 and had to wait until 6:30 for breakfast to be ready. Again, I may have simply misremembered - and that's why I also didn't rate the breakfast or any other part of the experience lower. But yes, perhaps you could check over all of your signage to ensure that it's all correct. :)

Within very easy walking distance from the main train station, and perfectly located in the heart of the city centre - our room faced the stunningly beautiful Church of St Nicolas. The room was very spacious with plenty of storage space, tea/coffee making facilities and a mini bar. The bathroom was huge with a superb shower and spotlessly clean throughout. Breakfast was extremely plentiful with hot and cold food choices - the dining room was on the rooftop with fab city views. Staff at the hotel were extremely polite and very helpful!

The location is excellent, and the staff in the morning hours are very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable, and the space was inspiringly designed. I would love to come back, knowing that the staff service remains consistent with the morning shift.

During my first day, the staff's performance was disappointing. There were issues with mixed bookings, they were unhelpful in creating a second entrance card, and there was a long wait to fix the air-conditioning on a hot summer day. However, the staff at breakfast and during check-out the following day were wonderful!

A very well-run hotel with exceptional staff. Modern & clean, super breakfast and delightful narrow terrace. Location is perfect - a short walk from the station and easy to find. Eating places all around and attractions all within easy walking distance. Good aircon (once it had been explained to us!) A warm welcome with a complementary drink.

To improve: maybe offer a Leipzig map to visitors upon arrival.

Staff were fantastic, especially the two I met at the bar. Friendly and approachable. Location good, within walking distance of Hauptbahnhof, and about 25 mins total time to Leipzig Messe. For the price too, very happy.

WiFi only worked intermittently, so may have been a fault, as it did get slightly better. However, I still see this as a luxury, so it didn't spoil my stay! Similarly, being in the city centre made it a bit noisy at times but just need to close the window and mostly solved!

We loved everything...From my chat with the staff who helped me to find away to arrive in Leipzig from Berlin despite a flight arriving late to the superb welcome after midnight...The staff was amazing. Bar atmosphere was great, the room with a little room/work place was perfect for my husband. The breakfast with view was very good and served until 10.30 !. The Terrasse was a plus ! I can't fault them on anything ! Of course amazing location. Will certainly be back !

Really nothing

I travel to Leipzig relatively frequently , this hotel had the best breakfast out of every other I visited so far. Great location, spacious room.

The entrance is hidden. They say that reception is on the 5th floor, but there is no 5 on the elevator buttons - only a DG. So oyu have to realise that DG means top floor in German and the 5th floor is the top floor.
