Great location across the street from the train station. Lots of public transportation right out the door. Professional staff. The room was clean and well maintained. Good sized room and very comfortable.

Our room had the toilet in a separate room from the sink and shower. This might sound ok, but there is not a sink with the toilet - you still have to go into the other bathroom to wash your hands. Both are accessed from doors in the room.

You know how most hotels feel the same? This one didn't. The staff were great - and very patient with a non-German speaker. The room was perfectly clean and well-appointed, and with some interesting and well-chosen decor that made it feel unusual and that trouble had been taken to get away from the normal hotel room feel. It wasn't unnecessarily "quirky", just good. I'm a very satisfied customer.

The only thing that could have been better was a larger selection of hot drink choices - but if that's the only "didn't like" then you'd need to be very picky!

Excellent location across the largest train station in Europe, with an underground parking facility and friendly staff. Spacious room with plenty of space to sleep and a separate room for children to play! The family room has a bunkbed and pool with balls! Best place to keep your kid entertained! Breakfast is very decent, with okay coffee, great made-to-order eggs and a huge variety of other stuff to taste and enjoy.

The parking entrance is one of the worst I've ever seen, incredibly narrow and steep, and the parking itself is very tight. For the outrageous amount of money charged per night (22 EUR) it could be better organized, and the lack of EV chargers doesn't help as well.

Location is excellent, opposite the train station and next to the Innerstadt. The hotel lobby and breakfast area are nicely done. The breakfast was very good, with a wide choice. And the staff was excellent, welcoming and helpful. They took care to allot us rooms - thanks to Tom and the reservation team - and gave good advice on places in the city.

A small quibble, but there were no kettles in the room. I think they are there in the higher category rooms, but they should be there in all rooms for a hotel of this standard.

During a recent trip to Germany, we stayed here for 4 nights before moving on to some other cities. I have to say that we were so thoroughly impressed with the Vienna House in Leipzig that we're certain nothing could be improved upon! The location is great. Directly opposite the main station, with plenty of tram stops nearby. It also sits within the town centre, making all of the shops and restaurants in Leipzig City Centre a 10-12 minute walk away at the most, some just 1-2 minutes. We had absolutely no issues with noise as we asked Tom at reception for a quieter room, and he made sure we had a room that didn't face the potentially noisy streets on the outside of the building. I think I would recommend other guests to ask for the same if you plan on having the windows open - no A/C in most of the standard rooms I believe, but this is OK if you don't mind opening the window or it's not too hot outside. All staff were pleasant and attentive, but a special thanks to Tom who made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and greeted us each morning with a smile. A credit to the team! The rooms were very clean and finished to a wonderful standard. For such a reasonable price, this was a very pleasant surprise! Breakfasts were excellent too - a really great deal of choice and all of high quality. It made for a perfect start to the day. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and have recommended the hotel to others already. If you're looking for the ideal place to stay in Leipzig, you've found it here!

Perhaps having A/C would be the only place to improve, but this was no problem at all for our stay.

ROOM: The room was nice, comfortable and clean. The bathroom was also okay, not so big, but still with enough space for our bags and with nice toiletries. BED: The bed was too soft for our taste. BREAKFAST: The breakfast was very good, with nice selection of eggs, sausages, cold cuts, cheeses, different bread, croissants, fruit salads, vegetables. Juices were a bit too sweet, coffee was ok. DESIGN AND SURROUNDINGS: The hotel is very nicely designed. we parked in the garage, just below the hotel. The location is great for exploring the city. The hotel bar and terrace are very nice for drinks during the day and in the evening. COMMUNICATION: The staff was nice and welcoming. The check in and check out process went smoothly. The wi-fi was good.

Everything was great.

The hotel is located right in the heart of the city, making it a great spot for exploring the area. Overall, a very pleasant stay!

I can't sleep with the windows closed, and our room faced the main station, where there's a lot of tram traffic... very loud. With the windows shut, it's not an issue. But if you're like me and need fresh air to sleep, I recommend asking for a room on the quieter side.

Location, Staff and all what you would expect anyways was superb!! Wanna mention some extras that you don’t always have, the windows are so super soundproof that despite having the main train station and a road in front of the window, with the windows closed you heard absolutely nothing! Best sleep ever!! And another cute little detail which I started to appreciate as I left. they have those little bags in the room that you can hang on your door knob so housekeeping would not change your towels that day. in the morning they put a chocolate bar and waffle into the bag for you as a thank you. I think it’s ingenious! Makes you feel appreciated for something you would have done anyways. Makes you feel good. So I can only recommend it. And the staff, from reception to bar, to everyone you would randomly meet, they are super friendly and respectful. thank you!

It was a very big Hotel room. The location was in a great place to walk everywhere. There was no air conditioning but they had some free tower fans we could use in our room.

The bathroom was separated from the toilet and the sink was in the bathroom. So you have to touch a lot of doorknobs to wash your hands in the sink or leave the doors open. It didn’t feel very hygienic this way. There was no air conditioning and the room had small windows which you could only open a crack to let in a tiny bit of air which barely helped.

The location was excellent for the train station and just a short distance from the centre. We found great bars and breakfast spots walking distance. Great for 3 nights and loved how the wardrobe had no doors as you couldn’t possibly leave anything behind. Also it was so quiet as in didn’t hear anyone else in the building. Above or below.

Just the shower was a bit dangerous as in so powerful it could flood the whole room if you’re not paying attention.
