Very attractive, lively location, some corners around seems very dirty (outside the house). Good connection to the city with public transportation. Appartment 4 comes with a spacious bathroom and a build in sauna.

Sauna is small, you can't really lay down, only one bench available. Electricity connectors are missing or too less. Kitchen equipment only for 4 persons (4 glasses, 4 plates, 4 mugs....), sticky surface of the kitchen working area. Relative expensive appartment.

Lovely soft sheets and very comfortable bed. Facilities to cook for yourself and nice bathroom. Fan in the room really helped with the heat. Access to outside space. Everyone is very pleasant, helpful and friendly. Felt very secure, locked door to the building overnight and firm lock to your room.

The kitchen facilities were a bit lacking, no cooking oil for example despite having a frying pan etc. If you're not staying for long, its a bit silly to buy it. Also wished they had a bread knife. Although the bed was very comfortable, the huge pillows were a bit difficult to manoeuvre into the right position.

I absolutely loved my stay! The in-room sauna was just amazing, especially in the cold weather—it made my experience so much more relaxing and enjoyable. The gentleman at the reception was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which added a personal touch to my visit.

By far the best thing is that the bathroom has a sauna. Also the location of the apartment with quite quiet and privacy. Cleanliness and comfort.

Although we asked about changing the batteries of the remote control, we did not manage to turn on the TV, surely the control was defective, but in general everything was fine.

Sauna is great. A lot of square meters and sleeping places in different rooms.

This hotel located in the most dangerous district of Leipzig. It’s not recommended to return apartments at night on foot.

Room had really good originally Finland Sauna - I really enjoyed that. We stayed one week at room and felt like mini-home. It is really quiet area and near by is lot of seveal food options. Flat had fully functuonal kitschen and that is great if you stay a bit longer time.

Kitschen pan was not really optimal, but that is small things. Tip: if you longer time, take your home-pan with you. Smile!

Sauna in the room wonderful thing

When i asked is it safe here, at the reception said yes, but when walking by the reception there is a sign saying dont leave stuff in the car... It can be stolen

These apartments are very nice and stylish. The value-for-money ratio on these accommodations is unbeatable! While out-of-towners might find the area a little rough, I (as a local) know that this is the best place for food and culture. The connection to downtown, the zoo and other attractions by tram as well as the highway by car is also excellent!

Some little odds and ends were not perfect (like the bathroom door getting stuck on the floor everytime you opened it) but nothing that seriously disturbed our comfort.

Apartment was comfortable and clean, a good location in the eastern area of Leipzig. Public transport ran close and straight to the centre of the city. Owners gave clear instructions on collecting keys outside of their normal hours.
