Excellent location, 10 mins away from the main train station by tram. Pretty clean room and nice neighbourhood. The curtains covered the windows completely for a peaceful sleep (might sound a minor detail, but many establishments even ignore this basic rule). Very nice, automated mini bar close to the reception.

I'm not sure if booking.com shows a guest's special requests to the staff choosing the room. I asked even in person for a room far from entrance doors and elevators, the staff gave me a room right next to the elevators. Shows that the staff really doesn't care too much. Sound proofing of rooms inadequate, if someone next door closed (or actually, slammed) their doors, my bed was just shaking for a few seconds.

Its the 3 rd time for me as Genius 3 when i give 10 points for a propiety! Very chic, boutique style hotel The room was big enough and very nice arranged, the bed very comfy 15 min walking from city center/ 20 min walk from train station A supermaket close by(5 min walk) I didnt take any breakfast, but i saw that It looks very nice and enough (but, my oppinion very expensive for me-17 e, but no problem ill eat out) The staff very polite I could make an early check in very easily The staff made my check in, very quiqly (at 8 oclock AM) ECO friendly hotel♥️ Very good price for what i got! Congratulation for the interior designer choosed!😍

Hotel was with modern design, loby was nice decorated and clean, a lot of photo zones. Offer from a food was really good in the restaurant and food was tasty, food zone was comfortable. It is nice to see a proffessional coffee maschine. Stuff were polite. Mattress was comfortable for sleeping, good noise isolation and clima control was working properly. The Hotel was good for a short time trip.

Pillows were small and uncomfortable. Just couple power outlets, so it wasn`t easy to charge devices. Not enough light in the evening. Toillet was in our case not completely clean. Battery in the TV remote contoll should be changed, we didn´t notife the stuff about it. Overall there weren´t enough space in the room for clothes and no place where you can seat, only one chair. It isn´t great option if you plan a longer stay, we were there for 3 nights. In one of the elevators, mirror was broken, the hotel should not leave it unchanged for a long time.

Window is really sound proof. Lobby has a little shop full of things that guest might need. Beds are on the firm side but soft enough for good back support. Slept really well.

Fridge for drinks in lobby doesnt stock up frequently enough. There’s one bottle of still water left when we got back to the hotel and hours later when i went to buy water, still same one left. I proceed to ask staff to stock up or just one more bottle of water and she was unable do it. I’d had to buy one from bar with cash which I didnt have.

Perfect Hotel for our trip to Leipzig! It was a very very easy self check in and check out. The Hotel got everything we need. It's close to Straßen Bahn Station and really not far from the city center. Shopping was 6 Minute walk. Breakfast made us ready for the day What I love the most, was the fact, that the Hotel got a spicy instant noodles at 00.00, (also very easy self shopping ) after we arrived from a party. It's just a perfect dinner :D

I wouldn't say, I don't like.. it s just small things or just little details to improve, like for examples: more fruits and options for vegetables at breakfast would be nice. The out side window needed to be clean, so we can see the view better. And the pillow was to small for us, but that's a personal choice.. some other like to have small Pillow. Beside that, we can't complain. It's a perfect stay for us !

The room has all the basics, but not much space. The lobby has this area with a large wooden table that is really great for work, and you can get hot water from the lobby any time

The cleaning lady just walked into the room without a knock or anything. I just out of the shower and only lucky to not be right in front of the door. The hotel should have a system for the staff to know if the guests are in their rooms or not, and if they don't, they should have their staff knock before walking just right in!!!

There is underground parking at the hotel with 4 EV chargers which is perfect. Altough they do not actively promote this you can rent out bikes for 20€ to explore the city. The bikes could use a checkup though. I highly recommend doing this as Leipzig is a great bicycle friendly place. Nice room and good breakfast

Self check-in is handy. We bought public transport tickets.. the check in counter prints out a receipt which you need to exchange at the reception counter.. This makes the self check-in a bit useless. When we tried to exchange the receipt for tickets they apparently ran out... no problem to get our money back though.

The apartment room was very well equipped, though the sofa can hardly be used for sleeping except for an emergency.

I stayed 10 days, and there was no room cleaning. I was told that apartments were cleaned once a week on Wednesday. When I asked on Wednesday morning (day 6) so I could coordinate with my work, I was told "they'll do their best to come". They didn't. I asked again the next day, and was told "I'll let them know", but understood my chances were slim. Indeed, not one came. I don't believe they were actually ever planning on doing anything based on how they answered and their body language. The room was a bit dusty to start with, with a few small spider webs even. Needless to say it was bad quickly, with dust balls around the bed, and silver bugs.

The hotel was great for an overnight stay, nice rooms, very comfortable beds. The check in was easy, and they had great onsite bag storage. We were able to use the lockers before check in and after and it made walking around the city a lot easier.

When we first checked in we dropped our bags and ran, when we came back we found the washroom was not clean, there was clearly something on the wall.. but when brought to staff attention they were very helpful in moving us to a new room.

We really liked the room and the bed. Everything was very clean and comfortable and the overall hotel was quiet and welcoming. The room is small but the space is well distributed and it's good for small stays. The placement of the hotel is really good, near different tram lines and restaurants.

Check in and out are done automatically and although this is comfortable we would have like to have some more personal contact for questions
