Hotel is set in a very good location, at the very center of Leipzig. It is relatively close to the Main Train Station (10 minutes walking distance). The staff is really friendly and helpful. Breakfasts are very good. Rooms are clean, modern, have almost everything that's needed, air conditioning works very well. It is not loud, you do not hear any noises from other rooms.

While I generally liked everything, things can always be better - not everyone on the staff speaks English - though even if they don't, they ar every helpful and try their best. You need to wait a lot of time for the elevator, but for me it was not a problem. Highest floor with rooms is 4th floor and I could get there by walking stairs if needed. There is a fridge entirely filled with purchasable products from "mini-bar" - one could use some free space for one's own things to put there.

The hotel is in a great location in the centre of Leipzig pedestrian old town, great for exploring citycentre attractions on foot. Staff were very friendly & informative. We were able to leave our luggage at the hotel until check-in time, when we did check-in our cases had already been put into our rooms & we were offered a complementary welcome drink. Rooms were spacious & clean, beds were comfortable with quality bedding.There was a welcome note & chocolate each too.Lovely bathroom with great shower. The hotel was quiet, breakfast was excellent, hot & cold buffet with a huge choice to suit all tastes.Again the breakfast staff were lovely. This hotel was very good value for money, I would happily recommend to anyone visiting Leipzig.

Everything was great

The location is excellent. Access is uncomplicated and parking subsidised for patrons at a nearby public car park. Quiet despite being very central. Comfortable bed, including pillows. Room is not particularly spacious, but of no concerns if only using as a base for visiting the city. Bathroom is modern and of adequate size. The staff were very accommodating, presented us with a welcome drink and changed our room to a different floor because of faulty WiFi (see below).

The reception is on the 5th level. Access is via an agonisingly slow elevator, unless one is of the sporting type, then the generous staircase will speed in and egress. Not remediable, I know, but needs to be factored in especially when leaving the hotel on a mission or schedule. High speed internet did not function at all on the level we were first accommodated. A WiFi problem on that particular floor at that time. Changing to a different floor fixed the problem.

Location is perfect for exploring and an easy walk to the train station. Lovely view of Church rooftop from breakfast/bar/reception area. Great view from my room. Good German-style breakfast. Room spacious and comfortable. On arrival drink at reception a nice touch, as are the chocs in room.

Beware of using security chain on door. I ended up trapped inside room as part of the plastic on fitting broke and that blocked the mechanism! I had some problems finding entrance on arrival. TV guide doesn't match available stations.

The place is in an excellent central place - directly in the heart of Leipzig. In our nice room we had a marvellous view directly to the roofs of St.Michaelis Church. In spite of the central location, the room was really quiet. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is very good at the top roof with an escellent panorama to the city.

In fact, tha Hotel does not have its own parking place. Parking is available in a nearby Parking house however the Hotel can provide a voucher to it. 100 m walking maximum. Although the breakfast was good, - the "sweet section" was rather poor, and could be improved.

I was overall very positively surprised by the near-flawless presentation of the hotel! Service was warm and welcoming, the room was a *lot* bigger than I imagined (and as beautiful as in the pictures), breakfast covered all important bases and was of good quality. Lastly, the location is nice and central, but still quiet!

I may be wrong here: I felt like there was miscommunication regarding the breakfast hours. I believe somewhere (elevator or reception) I got the info that breakfast starts at 6, and somewhere else it was written that it's 6:30... I showed up at 6 and had to wait until 6:30 for breakfast to be ready. Again, I may have simply misremembered - and that's why I also didn't rate the breakfast or any other part of the experience lower. But yes, perhaps you could check over all of your signage to ensure that it's all correct. :)

Within very easy walking distance from the main train station, and perfectly located in the heart of the city centre - our room faced the stunningly beautiful Church of St Nicolas. The room was very spacious with plenty of storage space, tea/coffee making facilities and a mini bar. The bathroom was huge with a superb shower and spotlessly clean throughout. Breakfast was extremely plentiful with hot and cold food choices - the dining room was on the rooftop with fab city views. Staff at the hotel were extremely polite and very helpful!

This hidden gem in the heart of Leipzig exceeded all expectations. Nestled on the top floors of a city-center building, the hotel offers terrace views that capture the essence of Leipzig. The breakfast was a delightful highlight—fresh, varied, and far beyond what you'd expect for such an incredibly reasonable price. An absolute must-stay for anyone visiting Leipzig!

The location is excellent, and the staff in the morning hours are very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable, and the space was inspiringly designed. I would love to come back, knowing that the staff service remains consistent with the morning shift.

During my first day, the staff's performance was disappointing. There were issues with mixed bookings, they were unhelpful in creating a second entrance card, and there was a long wait to fix the air-conditioning on a hot summer day. However, the staff at breakfast and during check-out the following day were wonderful!

A very well-run hotel with exceptional staff. Modern & clean, super breakfast and delightful narrow terrace. Location is perfect - a short walk from the station and easy to find. Eating places all around and attractions all within easy walking distance. Good aircon (once it had been explained to us!) A warm welcome with a complementary drink.

To improve: maybe offer a Leipzig map to visitors upon arrival.
