Great location across the street from the train station. Lots of public transportation right out the door. Professional staff. The room was clean and well maintained. Good sized room and very comfortable.

Our room had the toilet in a separate room from the sink and shower. This might sound ok, but there is not a sink with the toilet - you still have to go into the other bathroom to wash your hands. Both are accessed from doors in the room.

This is my third time at this hotel, and yeah that tells a lot i guess, if it was not good enough i would not have stayed there, so all good, it's really good with nice location

i'm not sure, but whatever i saw on the pictures during the booking, i don't even remember, there should have been a small sofa i guess, or something like that, and it was missing, and also previouse times there was a small refrigirator if i'm not mistaken, but thise time there was none, maybe even before it was not there, i'm really not sure but i noticed it this time, so it would be cool to have it in the room

The property is very nice place, with great location. It’s beautifully decorated with a lot of plants and different sitting areas that you can relax and plan your journey. The staff and general workers from breakfast area are polite, professional and friendly. Breakfast was incredible good, a log of variety food, vegans too. We want to highlight the service and help from reception staff David and Alex who received us always with great smile, his help to explore the city was amazing. Also we want to stand up for Salah, a nice and professional bartender that was helping us in many ways.

The Vienna House Easy Hotel is a very pleasant place to stay, immaculate clean!

Breakfast was visually appealing with a great variety of breads, cheeses, cold cuts, jam & honey, pastries, drinks, warm stuff like eggs/sausage/pancakes, and fruit. Spacious eating area with multiple seating zones in different styles. The room was very comfortable with nice decorations, convenient electrical outlets, shelving, a working desk, a relaxing chair. They gave little gifts each day you skipped housekeeping. Location was like 3 minutes from the tracks of the main train station; and just on the edge of old town.

My room overlooked a street with tram noise; and one night an angry man was shouting on the street for two hours (not the hotel's fault). The elevators require a keycard to operate: sometimes the card didn't work.

Perfect location, clean rooms, normal breakfast.

Breakfast was poor, not of the best quality. We booked two rooms, arrived in the morning around 12 o'clock. We were promised that the rooms would be ready by 3 o'clock. But then we still had to wait in the lobby for about an hour and only after making long and big complaints, because we were tired after a long journey, were we given other rooms. It is impossible to open the window to the courtyard because the workers start screaming there early every morning.

We felt welcomed from the minute we walked in the door. The fruit water by the front door is awesome! Also, I noticed there were bikes and asked about them...FREE rental! Loved every minute we were in this place.

The lobby became a bit crowded with the tour group arrivals. It cleared out quickly, but we knew there were a ton of people there for the breakfast buffet. It's okay to have tour groups though...don't really mind them.

You know how most hotels feel the same? This one didn't. The staff were great - and very patient with a non-German speaker. The room was perfectly clean and well-appointed, and with some interesting and well-chosen decor that made it feel unusual and that trouble had been taken to get away from the normal hotel room feel. It wasn't unnecessarily "quirky", just good. I'm a very satisfied customer.

The only thing that could have been better was a larger selection of hot drink choices - but if that's the only "didn't like" then you'd need to be very picky!

Excellent location across the largest train station in Europe, with an underground parking facility and friendly staff. Spacious room with plenty of space to sleep and a separate room for children to play! The family room has a bunkbed and pool with balls! Best place to keep your kid entertained! Breakfast is very decent, with okay coffee, great made-to-order eggs and a huge variety of other stuff to taste and enjoy.

The parking entrance is one of the worst I've ever seen, incredibly narrow and steep, and the parking itself is very tight. For the outrageous amount of money charged per night (22 EUR) it could be better organized, and the lack of EV chargers doesn't help as well.

Location is excellent, opposite the train station and next to the Innerstadt. The hotel lobby and breakfast area are nicely done. The breakfast was very good, with a wide choice. And the staff was excellent, welcoming and helpful. They took care to allot us rooms - thanks to Tom and the reservation team - and gave good advice on places in the city.

A small quibble, but there were no kettles in the room. I think they are there in the higher category rooms, but they should be there in all rooms for a hotel of this standard.

During a recent trip to Germany, we stayed here for 4 nights before moving on to some other cities. I have to say that we were so thoroughly impressed with the Vienna House in Leipzig that we're certain nothing could be improved upon! The location is great. Directly opposite the main station, with plenty of tram stops nearby. It also sits within the town centre, making all of the shops and restaurants in Leipzig City Centre a 10-12 minute walk away at the most, some just 1-2 minutes. We had absolutely no issues with noise as we asked Tom at reception for a quieter room, and he made sure we had a room that didn't face the potentially noisy streets on the outside of the building. I think I would recommend other guests to ask for the same if you plan on having the windows open - no A/C in most of the standard rooms I believe, but this is OK if you don't mind opening the window or it's not too hot outside. All staff were pleasant and attentive, but a special thanks to Tom who made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and greeted us each morning with a smile. A credit to the team! The rooms were very clean and finished to a wonderful standard. For such a reasonable price, this was a very pleasant surprise! Breakfasts were excellent too - a really great deal of choice and all of high quality. It made for a perfect start to the day. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and have recommended the hotel to others already. If you're looking for the ideal place to stay in Leipzig, you've found it here!

Perhaps having A/C would be the only place to improve, but this was no problem at all for our stay.
