Quiet, clean, budget rooms, decent breakfast. Large free parking, McDonalds nearby.

The minimal amount of electrical sockets, also the check-in website is a bit buggy. Couldn’t pay with Apple Pay despite the option apparently available. Also better pay for the breakfast at the property, it rejected my breakfast payment during booking and then I received an invoice.

Good value for money, decent breakfast if you need it (but there is also McDonalds in walking distance if you prefer), good location for overnight stay during long travel. Automatic check in works flawless

Shower was not well separated from the rest of the bathroom, so floor under the sink was getting wet when I was taking shower.

A great hotel for business trips. I have stayed in several Regio Hotels now, and they were all great. The check-in and out was, friendly and efficient. My room was absolutely fine, clean and comfortable and the shower was fantastic! I would definitely stay again and recommend it.

It would be very nice if the receptionist could understand English

I arrived late at night and I did not know how to check in. I finally figured out that I had to call the main office and get the key code to get my key. I should have read the messages from Booking.com I was not excited to see that my window overlooked a trash dumpster.

It was conveniently placed near the Elbe cycling path .

My card didn’t work after the staff had gone. It took the help of 2 German speaking locals a total of 2 1/2 hrs to get someone on the phone who actually knew what he was talking about and could direct us to a spare key. The beds were poorly made and my wife remade them. The kitchen wasn’t open in the morning for breakfast but no one thought to tell us
