We travelled with a friend, and both of us particularly appreciated the set-up of this room, with two bedrooms and two separate bathrooms, and even two separate balconies. The location was excellent, in central Sitges, within a walking distance to both the railway station and the beach. Perhaps the price to pay for that nice location was the fact that it was a tiny bit noisy in the night time, as there is a bar in the same street. But overall, nothing is too dramatic. The apartment was perfectly clean. The hosts replied quickly and efficiently. The instructions were clear. The beach towels were particularly appreciated, as well as the elevator and a possibility to enter with a simple door code.

We didn't like the fact that the hosts charged us for extra towels. Leaving just one big town (and one small) per person, staying for a significant time, in a beach town in the middle of the Catalan summer, with its +40C is insane. You'd definitely want to take more than one shower per day. Likewise, we were refused the possibility of a slightly later check-out. The kitchen stuff was minimum, so you will hardly be encouraged to cook there. The same deals with washing detergents and coffee. Also the fact that contacting the hosts after office hours might result in extra charge, if they(solely) decide that it was not an emergency seems preposterous.

Location in the city center but in a quite street and close to the main facilities (train station, supermarkets, 10 minutes wall from the beach, restaurants etc..) Apartment was equipped with all you need for more days staying (cleaning kit including dishwasher and washing machine tab, iron, beach towel, soap, conditioner etc..) and I really appreciated that you can ask for the sun umbrella and they give it for free. Access to the building and the apartment is via codes so no keys to handle

One of the room was very little basically was fitting just the bad and it felt a bit claustrophobic, and the shower of the second bath was a bit to small

The location is perfect. There were walking distance to all locations, shops, restaurants, beach, clubs, bus stop etc. The apartment was large enough for four people and air condition was everywhere. Kitchen was well equipped and modern. We were using it quite often. There was nice terrace and balcony. We have also received towels for the beach. Definitely place worth returning.

Just small things. The whole house was quite acoustic and some neighbors' were shutting doors quite loudly. In one of two bathrooms the water was licking after showering to the corner near the shower. But it was very small thing.

Not only was the apartment extremely clean, comfortable and in an excellent location, but the staff were truly fantastic. The cleaners made sure the apartment was pristine but were also very friendly and helpful too. The staff at thecreception desk were exceptional. They have all had first class hospitality training and rescued us from a lot of stress by helping us exchange our SNCF train tickets (for an onward journey) when the SNCF app was playing 'computer say no' by calling them up and spending ages on the phone sorting it out. And were so kind and friendly with it. I cannot recommend them enough.

The apartment was great! Perfect location, clean, lots of space for just the two of us and I think would have been fine for the max six. Communication was great, entry easy, and it had everything we needed for our short stay.

We had intermittent wifi which was a problem for my friend, who was working during his stay. However, the hosts sent someone round within an hour and had it fixed, so all good. Our only minor recommendation would be to invest in a full size ironing board - small table tops ones are annoying. But that's very minor point during a lovely stay.

I can not fault Lucas House Apartments by Sitges Group for anything, they are very professional from the moment you step into their reception office few steps from the apartment and entering the modern, renovated and well maintained property they offered us.

The air conditioning was good, though it wasn't in all bedrooms. The rooms were very clean. The location was excellent—it was easy to get to major sites and restaurants.

There wasn't air conditioning in one bedroom. The upstairs bedroom was open-plan, and people could walk into it from downstairs. The room was nice, but there wasn't much privacy. The upstairs shower was tiny, and the controls were so close that you could hit them and be blasted with extremely hot water or burnt by the exposed pipes. There were few kitchen pans and no serving dishes, except for very large ones. The 'convenience pack' that contained cleaning products and trash bags was inadequate for a 10-day stay. There were only two dishwasher tablets and very little dishwashing liquid.

The apartment has all amenities you need and is very comfortable, we slept so well that we want to go back just to sleep that well ! There is no view and a lot of daylight in the living room but it really is not a problem as you’d be out and about in the beautiful Sitges knowing there is a lovely place to go back to rest and sleep. Very clean as well! The staff were so attentive that when they register us they noted discreetly that there was a birthday and they brought a surprise a bottle of drink and a bday greeting card in the nationality language of my partner. We loved it!

It was very easy to communicate with the rental agency and it was easy to get into the apertment with the codes that were provided. There was a problem with the wifi the evening we arrived, but that was solved the next day.

We found the beds a bit hard and not so comfy. Also, the neighbours were quite loud (some of the evenings) and the walls are aparently quite thin, because we could hear their entire conversation...

It truly felt like the ideal base for exploring the area. The host’s communication before my arrival was excellent, ensuring I had all the information I needed for a smooth check-in, including instructions with detailed pictures on how to access the apartment. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay in Sitges.
