Because of the heatwave it was quite hot and stuffy in the room, even with the fan. The noise from the street may be disturbing even at night in street-facing rooms.

When I got into the apartment, it was a decent size, although the décor was a bit dated. But overall, the facilities were very good. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom and kitchen met my needs too.

Well, I struggled to find which apartment was mine, and needed to call the owner. I didn't have a lot of interaction with the staff, so I couldn't rate their performance accurately enough. I met them briefly when I was checking out.

Simple small room, good bed. Own toilet, showers at public areas available. Free parking space in a city is a bonus.

If you expect comfort and luxus, please pick a hotel for double-triple the price. This is simple motel.

Very clean room with space to hang your clothes and your own sink. The single room was spacious enough. Tv worked well and there was a fan (that I didn't need). No noise from outdoors. There were fridge, iron and hair dryers in the hall. Kitchen modern and self service breakfast is great especially when you need to depart early. Check in and check out easy even without staff. Very easy location between the train station and the center, a shop next door!

The hostess was very friendly and nice. The location is super convenient, it's near the trainstation and the mall. The room was nice and clean and the breakfast was great. I love the coffee machine. Everything was great!

No people at the reception most of the time, it was super hot in the room and the windows couln´t be fully open.

Convenient downtown location. Nice sauna facilities, rich breakfast with tasty filter coffee. Old style, but perfectly maintained.

Breakfast is very good and fresh with all necessary and stuff in the kitchen. Location is very centric close to the cementary and the monument to the war heroes who defense Finland against russians, can to meet the old walls who is actually a park and the museums of the history and art. The harbour of the lake are very nice and there are restaurants and bars around. Lappeenranta was a nice discover for me. There are parking for visitants with car and the check-in can do after hour (it was my case because arrived very late night) and the hostel team could let me the key and directions in the booking.com chat so is very good communication and great you can receive directions. it couldnt use the sauna room but surelly is very good also. Ahh and you have a little supermarket just in front of the hotel. Ideal deal. :D

all was ok for me

The room was comfortable, had a waterbasin and a TV. I would stay again. Between the train station and the city centre so you can easily reach both.

I never met anyone from the personnel. I checked in and out on my own.
