It was awesome. Loved the room, loved the free continental breakfast, loved the normal dorm size refrigerator, loved the bathroom and the complimentary shampoo, conditioner and lotion. Loved the large closet with lots of room, the iron and ironing board. Loved the coffee pot and supplied coffee and creamer, sugar, napkin etc. Loved the 4 big fluffy pillows. Loved the staff, super nice and helpful. Everything was exceptional, wish I could have stayed longer than just one night. I have always had exceptional service with Comfort Inn.....it is my go-to place to stay no matter where I may go.

There was only one small issue with the low toilet. It was smaller and kind of close to the floor and as you get older it does get harder to get that low or get back up. Only thing that I found with the room. Otherwise everything else was awesome!

David was amazing. We had missed our flight which resulted in a fourteen hour drive and he was so helpful in assisting us with getting everything squared away. I can’t remember her name but the lady that checked us in at one am Friday night helped us with our bags as I carried a very tired toddler upstairs. I have stayed here everytime I come to Mitchell to visit my sister and will continue to do so.

The rooms were clean and in an awesome location. The staff were helpful. The pool and hot tub were on the small side but nice.

The bathroom is very tiny. It’s hard to close the door behind you. Part of the parking is up a very steep ramp. Just take it slow. Breakfast rotated between only two different main egg dishes. There were never enough table space for us to sit together or sit down as a family.

Room and upstairs hallway was quite warm and stuffy upon arrival. Took a long time to get the room to a comfortable temp. Also refrigerator wasn't cooling as it should. Did send someone up to work on this.

Wonderful bedding. Very, very clean. Fantastic pool with slides and and all kinds of features (didn’t use but I imagine it was very clean as the rest of the facility). Was quite surprised at the level of facility for the price.

Liked the pool and slide. Fun for the kids.

Beds were adequate but have been to comfort inn with more comfortable beds, but they were definitely better than some other places we have stayed.

The breakfast was delicious! Great variety, fresh food.

The water slide was shut down for repairs when we checked in. It would’ve been nice if the scheduled repairs had been mentioned on the website when we booked.

Breakfast was ok. Hot options could have been better tasting..cooked better. Pool was fun for our boys. Close to lots of restaurants!

Pool and slide were great, however tower of stairs getting to the top of the slide was very rusted and corroded. Wondered if it was actually safe enough to be on.

The room was big, comfortable and clean. The pool area was so much for my daughters. Excellent location right off the highway.

It had clean rooms and an exercise room and a fun pool for families. The breakfast was great too. The rooms were spacious.

The pool was cold.
