Big room, TV with great screen, clean, had refrigerator with a freezer, and a microwave. This was more than I was expecting. I was very happy with the room.

It was confusing to find the lobby coming off the interstate to the N of hotel. The other side of the lobby is monthly rentals and they are very shabby looking - kind of scary. The hotel portion was in a different building and even though old it was good.

The room was clean and taken care of. Very comfortable king bed. Good TV channels are available. Quiet AC that cooled the room Staff at check-in and out were very kind The water pressure was good and nice hot water available

Not enough towels/ washcloths. When traveling, I started bringing ones from home. We had 2 towels, 1 wash clith and 2 hand towels. For 3 people, all rooms should have a standard towel count that's more reasonable. Perhaps 4 or 5 per room. The tub did not have a plug, so it couldn't be filled up to soak. Otherwise, the stay was comfortable

We really liked the friendliness and helpfulness of the desk staff when we first checked in. We met Betty Jo who happened to have cleaned our unit that day (266). She said it was very clean. It was exceptionally clean. Air was fresh, bed clean & comfortable, etc. And, we really appreciated being able to park right outside our unit and walk in. The breakfast was very good and those people were very friendly. We are on a week's vacation. This was our first stop and so convenient to the Corn Palace. We were very pleased and would stop again.

The location was good. The facility is a little old but room was quiet and clean. The price was reasonable.

The office was locked at 9:30 pm and we called for assistance. Response time was quite quick though. Carlos was nice.

Very nice for the price!! Breakfast was the basics but also had some frozen waffles and sausage patties which was a pleasant surprise. Good shower temp and good water.

We had a room advertised with 3 queen beds (large family) but one of the beds was a very hard firm full. I normally sleep on a full so that was fine. The queen beds weren't as firm so that's good.

The rooms were large, clean, well equipped if it a bit dated around the edges. Breakfast was good. Easy parking. The manager Carlos went out of his way to be helpful.

Unquestionably the best value of all our stays while traveling cross country! Staff and owner were excellent and everything was easy, right down to complimentary breakfast in the morning,

The only downside would be the exterior appearance. The parking lot needs refreshing and some general upgrades to the buildings facade.

Great location, comfortable bed, clean room.

Because of being short staffed and having just hired new house keeping help, our room didn't have all of the essentials, but it wasn't a problem. The office took care of what we were lacking. It's an older motel that could use some remodeling but it was a good, clean room for the night.

Due to the circumstances of this fake disease they have going on,, it was livable. I was actually surprised to have anything offered except coffee for such a low rate for the room. All I needed was a place to sleep in a cup of coffee in the morning

The stairways up to the 2nd level was a little unsafe to walk on.. And the carpet on the landing could be replaced you replaced.

Clean, comfortable, friendly staff. Great location. Great value. Loved how large the room was.

Needs some minor updating. Wall behind toilet looked like there had been some leaking. Lamp on dresser was working. All minor things.
