1. The hotel is close to the HRTC bus station so you don’t have to walk down much, there’s no need to take a cab unless you are very exhausted. Ample space for private parking. 2. The manager Mr. Abhimanyu, the restaurant attendant Mr. Ritik Thakur and room service attendant Mr. Bikram stood out in their hospitality. They always were warm in their demeanour and ensured a very comfortable stay with a genuine smile on their face. Thanks to all three. 3. The restaurant is really good and chefs are fast in their service. For the breakfast the options were sufficient, the food was always fresh and definitely tasty. The chefs even customised per my requirements. 4. The hotel also has a small gym facility which is essential for me. 5. The rooms, the washroom and the linen were very clean. There is 24 hours supply of hot water.

1. One thing I didn’t like was the cab they sent for picking me up, the cab driver overcharged me for small distances. It’s better to take your own cab from the market area where the rates are fixed. 2. The bathroom lighting needs to be brighter.

We had an amazing stay at Indraprastha! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, with Pradeep being a delight. The food was good, and the hotel's cleanliness and maintenance were great. Room was good and bigger and property is very good.

In such good property boiler should install instead of using geyser in room which work very slow and need to wait for warm.water in such whether which is waste if time. Hair dryer should be given in suite room.

The owners were gracious enough to upgrade us to a Maharaja suite which started us off on a good note. While the food is delicious, I want to give a pat on the back to the staff who has been on the top of their hospitality and took special care in making us comfortable. Given the cold weather, the heater took time to setup in the morning. That's when the staff jumped into action to get us buckets of hot water from the other rooms. This place is better amongst the most in Dalhousie town, given that the people are extremely warm, rooms are spacious and the food is top notch.

Indraprastha Resort Dalhousie was good. We stayed five days. Staffs are polite and helpful. Walkable distance from Shubhash chowk. Over all good stay.

It was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent with a good variety of choices, catering for both Indian and Western preferences. The location was also helpful.

Right from arrival at the Hotel. the staff at reception was extremely helpful and cordial. The food quality is absolutely amazing. The entire staff from the Restaurant to Room Cleaning were amazing. We absolutely loved the hospitality.

it is highly recommended that International Credit Card be made acceptable at the property. None of my cards got accepted and it’s a big setback considering today’s digital world.

Centrally situated, extremely well maintained. Clean rooms, excellent breakfast n the service staff is very pleasant n helpful.

Everything there in the resort was so good . Arun Puri makes this trip more memorable with his melodious voice. The kitchen staff was so helpful I can't remember the names of all the people but they all should get raised in their salaries. #keepupthegoodwork #Greatesthotel
