The manager was accommodating to our family by allowing us to check in a little earlier since we arrived earlier. Hotel was clean and they put our family in rooms near each other . Staff was kind and courteous

Door lock/ handle hard to pull up to get into room but so minor. We are just getting older with poor fine motor skills

The location was ideal, it was clean, the breakfast was good, great water pressure.

Everything was great for me and my family, except for the beds. I have back problems, so I did not think too much about it. However, my husband and daughter complained that the beds were pretty uncomfortable for them as well. This was the only thing that we did not like.

Staff was friendly and helpful. They straightened our room and made the bed every day and gave us fresh towels. That service was appreciated. Beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows.

Every thing was good except the Breakfast. The eggs were cold and edges were a bit hard like they were cooked the day before, The rice? unsure and Danish was dry on edges like bought at a day old......

Convenient to everywhere we needed to go.

There were loud children running around and a couple of dogs left alone that howled and barked and scratched on the doors.

The bath room was a nice size and the walk in shower was very nice.

Another chair in the room would have it much more comfortable. Also, the towels and washcloths could have been a bit thicker.

breakfast was good and kept fresh. the location was easy to find and to get in and out of. the staff there was very friendly greeted us quickly and made sure everything was to our liking and our needs were met

more towel in the room at time of arrival. When I asked for more I was gladdly supplied with them no questions asked.

It was a very pleasant experience. The person that checked me in was friendly, quick and efficient. I would stay there again. Loved the pillows!

Comfortable bed and room. Easy to get in and out of parking outside.

Some of the people that worked there were not friendly but seemed aggravated with my questions.

Loved every moment!!! Thanks for everything, made me feel comfortable came all the way from California to bring my son to college.
