The bed was very comfortable and immaculately clean. My previous trip I reserved a room in the Super 8 (chosen because 2 other family members were there) and saw bedbugs on the bed luckily before I put my suitcase on it to unpack it. I went back to the desk and had my reservation canceled and ended up at the Comfort Suites after trying 4 other less expensive hotels that were fully booked including yours. The AC worked very well and was quieter than that type of unit normally is. I never heard a sound from the rooms on either side of me nor through the ceiling and I know both rooms next to mine were occupied.

I'm 6 foot 6 inches tall which is why I always ask for a King sized bed even though it just barely fits me. I've never seen a hotel that offered California King sized beds. What do basketball player's do? Using the refrigerator just off the floor in the dresser was uncomfortable

The breakfast here was better than expected. They had scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, biscuits and a plethora of other things as well as a variety of beverage options. The location was decent unless you would rather have a more quiet area. There are several nearby hotels and an arcade right next door.

I really don't have any complaints, other than not having a vending machine at the end of the hall. But there are a couple of gas stations close by. You should definitely check out the French Market Express.

The staff are awesome, the room was quiet and very nice, clean. Breakfast had a good selection . I love that you were able to get coffee whenever you wanted.

Everything was great plenty of really nice and friendly staff definitely enjoyed the weekend. I will definitely be staying there again.

The property has great effort made to upgrade their rooms. Their were a few minor things that could be corrected but I was impressed by the comfort level of the room. The staff was very friendly and Breakfast was very good. I love their pancake machine! i definitely would recommend staying here.

I made a last second booking, so I can’t say the price was bad but I payed more than the nicer hotel next door because they had the only vacancy out of 6 hotels. Corrections to make: 1. complimentary toiletries included many cool items but no shampoo or conditioner. I think the cleaning service may have put 3 lotions in my room by mistake. 2. The elevator was out of service and the stairs were steeper than average stairs. 3. One of the bed frames had two large metal furniture connectors that jutted out 4-5 inches from under the mattress in the wall walkway between the beds. It made me think there was some other bed frame connected to this one in the past. Unfortunately, I discovered them after I hit my shin on one of them when getting up from the bed.

The staff was amazing. They were friendly and always willing to help. The hotel is beautiful and very well kept. The rooms are extremely spacious and the beds slept perfectly. The hotel is literally a 1 minute walk to all restaurants and convenience stores.

The front desk team member (Paula?) was wonderful. The washer worked the first wash but failed to operate the second wash. She proactively found an immediate solution that resolved the matter. Kudos to her for providing a solution! The room was clean and comfortable. Good hot water in the shower. I would recommend the hotel.

Suggest replacing the washer and dryer.

Upon check-in late evening, I was greeted by name by the friendliness, courteous, young lady who introduced us to the property amenities. Her professionalism and smile everytime you entered the lobby made a great stay.

The only thing I did not like was not receiving my receipt for stay. Upon check-out, I told the Front Desk Clerk I did not receive my receipt under my door and ask for a receipt. She told me I would receive an email of my receipt which I have not received.

The staff are absolutely exceptional in their customer service! Perry was engaging and helpful from my check-in until my checking-out. All of the staff especially the housekeeping made us feel at home and not just a hotel!

Sign in bathroom says to conserve energy and place towels that you want to reuse on the "rack". There is NO RACK in the bathroom....room 213.

The bathroom plumbing needed some minor repair The pillows were too hard for me, my preference. Overall, yes, I would stay again.
