The hotel is well-situated to downtown Moab. I had a little bit of traffic noise but it was from unusually loud trucks, etc. Typical traffic noise was well-handled inside the room. Everything is walking distance (well, for me. I like walking). My room (201) was spotless, and very comfortable. It had a neat cabin-y charm that I really enjoyed. All the conveniences: microwave, fridge, coffeemaker. Ceiling fan in my room did not work, but the A/C and oscillating fan (white noise for tinnitus) worked perfectly. The rooms are non-smoking, but bad news Big Horn management- someone had been smoking in 201 either long-term or recently. It was definitely noticeable but not worth my changing rooms, I was only there over night. There are rags provided to wipe your dirty shoes, gear etc. Also a note that pool towels are available poolside. I guess some people are just savages and were cleaning their bike sprockets with washcloths. I don’t find that surprising, having been a cop 40 years. Nothing people do surprises me 🤷‍♂️ Overall I was very impressed with the hotel and definitely feel I got my money’s worth. I pass thru Moab 3-4 times a year on the way to other locations. I’ll definitely stay here again, the room was comfy, spotless, quiet, and I enjoyed the decor, even. Very well done, Big Horn 👍

Fairly quiet on the 2nd floor. Rooms were large. A large supermarket is 2 blocks away and a laundromat is just 2 blocks away in the other direction. On all 3 occasions that I made a request to the front desk, they quickly resolved the issue.

For 2nd floor rooms you need to walk up a steep staircase with your bags. There is no elevator. Parking is tight, with a possibility of being blocked in if the lodging is at capacity. The neighboring restaurant is reportedly good for breakfast, but for dinner, the fish and veggies both seemed to be defrosted. The laundry machines from the partner lodging across the street is apparently not available to lodgers at Big Horn.

The room is spacious, the location is excellent, and the service is also commendable. I don’t have too many complaints about this place. The only issue I encountered was regarding my room assignment. I specifically requested a ground floor room due to my difficulty with stairs, and although I received confirmation from the hotel through booking.com that they would note my request, they claimed upon my arrival that there was no record of it. They expressed their dissatisfaction with the booking.com system. This was the main reason I had a concern about my stay.

The room was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The WIFI was good. The shower was clean and there was plenty of hot water. There was a clean working frig. Hotel reception staff was very personable and helpful.

There was nothing to dislike about the lodge. Just keep in mind that this is not a luxury accomodation and the location is not right in downtown Moab. It is at the other end of town from the entrance to Arches. For me this was an advantage but it might be a disadvantage for others.

There were 4 of us in two rooms, and the property put us on the first floor in rooms right next door to each other, which was great. Having a small refrigerator and microwave in each room is a bonus feature that I always look for when I'm booking a road trip, so we can economize by bringing our own food on the trip. I loved the "Old West" look of the rooms, and the restaurant there was very convenient with a varied menu. It's nice that the "sister" hotel across the street allows guests at the Big Horn Lodge to use their indoor jacuzzi, too!

There really was nothing I didn't like, but I have a couple of suggestions. First, it would be helpful to have more openings in the wall between the rooms and the parking lot, since many travelers have lots of gear they're loading/unloading from their cars. The second is that it would have been helpful to have had either a second nightstand with its own lamp in rooms with two queen beds, since I read in bed and using the middle lamp on the one nightstand would have disturbed my sister who was in the other bed. But I would definitely stay here again, as the location and accommodations were really great.

The Bighorn Lodge is reasonably priced and offers fairly large rooms with everything you need for a comfortable stay. I really liked the fact that all the shopping and restaurants in Moab are within walking distance. Really friendly and professional staff, too. My room was very clean and well maintained.

Like most of the hotels in Moab, this one is right on the highway, so you'll have to contend with road noise. Thankfully, things quiet down at night, but as a reminder, the highway is a major truck route and can get very busy.

Staff are lovely. Lots of parking available. It was very busy week but we always got a parking spot. Beds were very comfortable. Upon request staff provided ceramic cups. Rooms were very clean. Room was a good size.

Pillows too soft. No kettles available for coffee/tea though they have pod coffee machines (not great for tea). Bathroom is functional but so tiny you can touch all walls. Detest paper coffee cups & sugar etc all wrapped in plastic.

Location were easy to find, room are clean, bed our comnfortable, staff at the desk was very nice, all the things that you need on the room or instruction were everywhere (which is good for me/my kids). The pole has a lot of falling leaves like it was not clean but since we want to dive in my son clean it or remove those leaves (it's windy at times) they have available towel and when your done just out them on the dirty basket which is very organized. You coud safely stroll around the area. We dine in at Sussies branding iron, moab grill and Jailhouse caffee. Highly recommended the place.

The only thing I don't like they have a power outrage like the whole town from 10:30pm to 3:30am. My kids and I could not sleep, it was too hot in the room. Can't open the window coz we are not familiar with the area. I just can't believe they don't have a generator to use. It was crazy and you could not stay outside coz it's hot too. Above us were keep walking maybe due to heat as well. Yes It's unexpecgted but I hope it did not take that long. That was the downside.

We loved our stay at the Big Horn Lodge. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable. It felt very safe and the parking was easy and convenient. The staff were friendly. The location was excellent and easily walkable to shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. We couldn’t have been happier, especially for the value! We will definitely be back!

The lodge was a good place to stay. It was nice to stay in a room right next to the family we were traveling with. The beds were comfortable and there was an abundance of towels and coffee. The staff was also very friendly.

The room smelled like moth balls when we arrived. It was hard to tolerate so we opened the door, turned on air conditioner and fan. It improved but lingered throughout our stay. Second, the pool was very cold. Our son was shivering when he was in it in the middle of the day.
