We stopped for 3 nights.All reception staff and the house staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The room was very comfy and clean with a good shower/bath and good aircon. Plentiful car parking and a good, clean pool with plenty of seating. The inn is really well situated for local bars and restaurants (and shops!) and the diner around the corner is great for breakfast. We did Arches, Canyonlands (north) and Dead Horse Point in the 2 1/2 days we had. If you are coming from the I-70 use the 128 - it's a hidden gem the locals keep quiet about.

What could have been better ? - an extra day so we could have done the white water rafting.

From the moment we walked in the room, we were beyond impressed. The cleanliness of the room was exceptional! The kitchenette was perfect for what we needed (larger fridge to store cooler contents, sink to wash our dishes). There's plenty of storage, which is especially nice when taking cross-country trips like we were. This gave us a chance to unload the car and reorganize, then stay organized while we were in Moab. Also, the bed, pillows, and linens were super comfortable. If you're staying in Moab, this is the hotel where you should book your stay. It's a local business true to the character of this special and beautiful area of the country.

We asked for and were given a quiet room. The inn is well away from the really busy main road through town. The room was huge, kitchen well equipped and we had lots of cupboard space for our clothes. The beds were extremely comfortable with lovely linen. There is a microwave and a big fridge freezer. Pool area was nicer than it looked in the pictures and the water was very warm.

We would liked a stove top in the kitchen rather than the microwave, but that’s simply because we don’t know how to use them!

This was my 2nd visit to the Rustic Inn, so I knew that the location was ideal, the parking ample, the pool sparkling clean — and always with fresh towels to use. I could walk to several carry-out and sit-down restaurants, so there was no need for me to use my car. Room Service is amazing. My room was always cleaned and restocked by lunch time. So, when I would return from Arches National Park it was like walking into a fresh room. Juana was the housekeeper, and she is amazing. Employee of the Month!!

The picnic tables back by the BBQ area were a nice place to sit in the evening, but it was not possible to open the umbrella on the picnic table. The table had been placed too close to the fence. These tables need to be moved, so they umbrella for each table can be opened.

Excellent location - easy walk to downtown area and nearby restaurants. Great staff and super helpful with information about the area, and providing floor covering for bringing our bikes inside the room, which was spacious and easily accommodated 2 bikes plus ourselves and luggage. Plenty of parking available.

Mostly quiet - no traffic noise at all as the location is a little more than 1 block from the main road thru town. Only downside is that you can hear some of the people in nearby rooms, though there wasn't any noise late into the evening.

We stayed here for a day on our way both to and from the Grand Canyon (coming from Denver). I choose this place for the location--off the main street, so nice and quiet. We didn't use the pool, but plenty of people were using it and it looked nice. There's a little kitchenette with a good-sized refrigerator, which we used for all of our food since we were camping at the GC. The staff was great, and it's only 2 blocks from all the action. This is really a great little place and a nice price. Nothing fancy, but well done.

The AC was a bit noisy, so I had to turn it off, but then it was hot. There's a fan-only option, but that was also noisy. However, I still slept fine, so it's workable.

This was a very nice hotel. The afternoon receptionist was lovely, really welcoming and friendly. The room had two beds and a kitchenette area with a large fridge-freezer, sink, microwave etc. There was also a good selection of crockery and ample storage space. The bathroom was well stocked and very clean. The beds were both very comfy. The hotel was off the main road through town but it was an easy walk to all the shops, bars, restaurants etc. There was no noise from the Main Street though. The hotel had a small, clean pool area. I didn’t use the pool but it did look inviting.

Had the room pictured. It is perfect. This is the best place we have stayed in our 3 weeks of traveling the parks. Wonderful people, good location, clean as can be and wonderfully maintained. Can walk to all the Resturants on Main Street just a block away, but out of the noise and traffic. We extended our stay because it was so perfect for visiting Arches NP and Moab. And it is most reasonably priced. Even the pool was great. The room was made up every day with fresh towels and coffee service. You can’t beat Rustic Inn!!

Nothing. It’s perfect.

The location is unbeatable. 10min drive to arches and 20 min to Colorado River, and walking distance to a great variety of restaurants and convenience. We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment and it was amazingly comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need to cook. The pool is super nice to relax after a hike! The staff is soo helpful and willing to suggest places to go if you're a first time traveler like us. Miss barbie and the other lady are amazing! I was also delayed and they were able to accommodate everything so I had a check in which I really appreciated it. Is also very affordable for everything you get for the price, will be definitely coming back!

Not disappointed at anything.

Great location - one block away from the main street, so a very short walk to restaurants etc. Very friendly and welcoming staff at reception, with lots of information about the local area, parks etc. Clean, spacious rooms with everything you could need. I'm not sure if bigger beds than a double were available (my husband is very tall!), but it was all fine. The pool looked very nice, though we did not have time to use it. It was perfect for our one night in Moab and I would happily stay here again.
