Hotel in a great location, nice view of mountains. Very clean and quiet, with large deck/patio. Service here is wonderful, including the restaurant.
One small sink for a suite, immensely SMALL refrigerator, hole in the bathroom ceiling where the fan needs repair, as it does not work. The restaurant Josie Wyatt, we went there for dinner, really unappealing and tasteless. I had the short rib, very large and very tender, but no flavor, very surprising. Caesar salad was suffocated under way too much ground nuts, etc., couldn't see the romaine. We were here a couple of years ago, and the food was much better.

Dinner was fine. Great location for walking in the downtown area. Spacious room and bathroom. The foyer for each room helped keep hall noise down. Wi-fi was quite fast and consistent.
Sink in our room was very awkward. The spigot was too low. It was as if it hadn't been measured correctly - either the sink or the mirror. We were constantly requesting coffee pods; only 2 were in the room. Surprising that coffee wasn't available at a coffee station 24/7 like in other hotels. Would rather have half and half (like Maggie Moo) instead of Coffee Mate which is all chemicals and sugar. Surprised that netflix was for pay. Given the cost of the room, the TV selection was limited. Programs like Wheel of Fortune, Jeopardy, etc. were not available.

This is not an AI-written review. This was one of the most beautiful hotels I have stayed in. The aesthetics and attention to detail were exemplary, and the site was spotlessly clean. Although I did not use the pool, it looked beautiful and had a great view of the mountain range. They were not just pet-friendly, they also gave my pet a cute goodie bag with treats and a doggie scarf. (Chiquita thanks you for the treats). The location of the hotel offers easy access to a variety of food options. Try the nearby Doughbird Cafe for delicious donuts. This is also within driving distance of Dead Horse Point and the Arches National Park. Josie Wyatt's Grill is their on-site restaurant that offers delectable cuisine. I recommend trying their Birria ribs.
The green patch/ pet relief area was quite limited.

We loved everything about this hotel, the service was excellent (especially Erica on reception). It’s a great location, which made it nice and quiet but it’s also only a five minute walk to the main street of shops and restaurants. Our suite was exceptional, beautifully decorated, very clean. Loved the pool and comfortable sun loungers. Really liked that the ice machines also dispensed cold water! Would recommend and would definitely stay here again.
As the hotel has a leisure pool it does attract families with young children. There were only a couple of times it was a little loud, but it didn’t affect our stay at all.

In the center of Moab, close to Arches. I store center, nice pool, spacious room, comfortable beds and pillows. Very polite staff in the restaurant
Dirty bathroom - the titles had this special pinky color moldew. The sunbeds at the pool were also dirty. We didn’t expect that for such price and hotel level. The receptionist was not very knowledgeable about The Niddles part of Canyon lands - didn’t even know there is a visitors center there

The pool was fantastic. Lots of areas to lounge and relax. Loved the text communication immediately after check in to see how we were doing. Location directly across from parking lot with food trucks and with easy access to downtown was ideal.
Comforter on bed was way too hot for more preference. Would prefer multiple layers that would allow you to customize how warm/cool you would like to be as opposed to one thick down comforter. But bed was very nice otherwise.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel and appreciated the amenities. However, we found the pool to be slightly cool despite being advertised as heated. The refreshing dip in the water was invigorating, but it didn't quite live up to our expectations of a warm pool experience. On the bright side, the rest of our stay was fantastic. The hallway leading to our room was clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant atmosphere as we made our way to and from our accommodations. Speaking of which, our room was comfortable and cozy, providing us with a restful environment during our two-night stay. The highlight was the huge balcony attached to our room, offering breathtaking views and a delightful space to relax and unwind. The fitness center surpassed our expectations, equipped with state-of-the-art exercise machines and ample space for workouts. We took advantage of the facilities, allowing us to maintain our fitness routine while away from home. Additionally, the on-site laundry room was a convenient feature that came in handy during our stay. One aspect that stood out was the exceptional housekeeping services. Without even having to request them, our room was promptly cleaned and tidied each day. Coming back to a fresh and well-organized space was a pleasant surprise that added to the overall positive experience. Despite the slight disappointment with the pool temperature, the hotel's excellent amenities, comfortable room, spacious balcony, well-maintained hallway, fitness center, and attentive housekeeping services made our stay enjoyable and memorable.
I know the pool is a shared space, but on the first night, it was occupied by intoxicated individuals, leaving behind a chaotic and disorderly atmosphere. The air was thick with the scent of alcohol and the sound of slurred conversations. The once vibrant and welcoming area now appeared grim and unwelcoming.

Very nicely styled room and large bathroom too. Nice pool area with some comfortable loungers. Great location in central Moab and right opposite the food truck park - go there for great food at cheap prices! Very pleasant hotel member taking drinks orders by the pool.
The promotional pictures are slightly misleading - the pool view also features the car park. Quite a few broken pool loungers. For how new the property is, it already feels a bit tired in places - lots of scuffs and marks in our room and in corridors. The price is not proportionate to what you get - particularly considering there’s no breakfast - and we didn’t even get a pool view. One of the rooms overlooking the pool you can also see lots of stacked boxes and storage which looks very messy. The gym is very small given the size of the hotel and only ever one elevator worked during our stay. The hotel also permits non-guests to dine and enjoy the pool area at the hotel which felt outrageous given how much hotel guests are paying.

It was a very comfortable and modern hotel, centrally located in Moab for walking to central attractions and restaurant. Excellent base for visiting Arches and Canyonlands NPs etc. Modern decor and comfortable rooms of a good size, swimming pool and guest laundry. Nice large bathrooms.
Low service for quite a high priced hotel (e.g. have to take own luggage up to rooms and ask for maid service). Some niggles with maintenance: Ice machines were all out of action, bathroom door kept on sliding open and some of the USB ports didn't work.

We do alot of traveling, and this hotel was probably one of the nicest for the price point we have ever stayed at. It is fairly new so the furnishings were very modern and high end.
There was no microwave and the coffee pot drawer was awkwardly located~~You had to bend down to access it and no counter area to stir your coffee.
