Rooms are suites with complete kitchen, living area seating, plenty of lighting and outlets. Sink/vanity/closet separate from shower/toilet room. TV can be viewed from bed or couch or table. Vinyl plank flooring is clean and there are throw rugs, a rolling long hassock and two smaller rolling hassocks for feet or seating. Tables/reading lights/plugs on both sides of the bed. Lots of covered, private parking and a great breakfast every single day.

I wish that someone would come up with a better idea for a washable comforter/spread. The ones here were very lightweight mattress pad/comforters covered by a light cover that had corners. It doesn't stay connected and is too light to really be warm. Fortunately, there was a blanket in the closet, but had anyone used the hideabed, there wouldn't have been enough coverings.

Excellent Location , close to everything MOAB has to offer. 20 minutes to Arches Entrance, 45-50 mins to Canyonlands. Walkable to many restaurants and Cafes. Covered Parking and extra on the basement floor. Spacious and cozy apartment with Kitchen. Paid Laundry service available.

Availability of drinking Water would have been a good addition.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel, and I can’t recommend it enough! The rooms were incredibly spacious, far larger than I expected. The staff truly stood out for their exceptional service. From the moment I checked in, they were welcoming, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. They made me feel right at home and ensured that every part of my stay was enjoyable.

We love this hotel. Our second stay here. Moab is the perfect location for outside adventures and this hotel is the perfect base while there. The rooms are huge and have fully-equipped kitchenettes so you can prepare your own food. Very comfortable overall. Right on the main strip so you can walk to restaurants, coffee and groceries.

The room was clean and comfortable - very large and suitable for a family. The breakfast was very good. My family enjoyed the meeting area/breakfast area downstairs. We played games that were provided and enjoyed being comfortable there.

The only thing that we did not like about this stay was that we could hear so much movement from the floor above our room. A lot of walking back and forth.

Breakfast was great. We have a child with type one diabetes and it was pretty easy for her to find food that would not make her blood sugar spike too hard.

I would have liked to have seen a better pet area other than the rocked off area in the garage spaces. My poor 14 yr old pup struggled walking on those rocks.

We love the facilities and thr location. Right downtown whithin walking to all the restaurants and shops we like. Just minutes away from several off road trails.Nice indoor pool and jacuzzi.

This is the 3rd year in a row that neither built-in bbq functioned properly in the outdoor lounge area, but at least we checked first so we didn't waste money buying bbq supplies.

The room with the separate sleeping area was wonderful. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast and location were great.

The room had no windows that would open and we found the temperature uncomfortable and the a/c unit loud. One of us used the hot tub, but found the experience less than optimal.

the room is great, clean, spacious and great location. swimming pool and hot tub- very useful after day of hiking.

the hallways of the hotel could be cleaner for the place with excellent ratings. the door to the room needs to be not as loud. if it has small kitchen it’ll be good to have sponge to clean after eating in the room( including sink), a cutting board, toaster and proper knife. those things were not available.

The room was huge. I loved that because our luggages take up so much space. We had 2 large and 1 small. In a tight hotel room we'd be tripping all over them. But not this place. The 2 queen beds and living room are one big area. It was so nice having that dining table to sit and eat properly rather than on a hotel bed. Kitchen had a full fridge and amenities such as microwave, utensils, napkins etc. And it was all clean. Including the bathroom. No hairs in sight like the next hotel we stayed at in Phoenix. The wall tv adjusts so you can watch it in the living room or on the bed. We went to Archers National which was less than 10 min drive. We didn't do breakfast but there are lots of great places nearby to eat within walking distance. Lots of hotel parking/ guest registration parking close to the entrance. Another nice feature was the free bottled water in the fridge you are welcome to take. I'd definitely stay here again or in another state.

When we checked in the young lady was quite robotic and not welcoming. It was as if she was just going through the motions. Or it could've been she was getting distracted by her friend(maybe co-worker. This friend was in street clothes). The friend was talking about some guy and showing her pictures on her phone to the clerk while she was trying to check us in. It was weird and unprofessional.
