The property was nice and clean, comfortable room. Breakfast was good. (Typical continental hotel breakfast) great variety and saves a little money if you are traveling on a budget. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool or workout facility. The staff at the desk were friendly and helpful.

The only thing we thought would be better is location. If the hotel was closer to downtown it would be perfect. We visited mid-June so temperatures were too hot to walk.

Location was good. Breakfast was OK, usual Wyndham style, nothing surprising good or bad. Cleaning lady was helpful, room was clean. Air condition needs inside cleaning. We spent 3 nights there, had no problems with noise. Water supply was repaired, we were informed about that. Would recommend it to my loved ones and would go back again. Good value for money.

Family rooms are very big, offering 3 queen beds of which one is in a separate room Staff is very friendly and helpful

In a town like Moab, where most activities start REALLY early, it would be nice if breakfast was available at 5am. We had to skip breakfast because or program started early. The staff at breakfast had no idea what "glutenfree" meant. We gave up when they started telling us which meal did not contain porc 🤣😇 Luckily, there was enough fruit to choose from.

It was the best hotel on our 3 weeks roundtrip. The family suite had much space, 3 beds in 2 rooms with a lot of light from the windows. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Special thank you to Richard who checked us in and explained us the best dining spots and of course to Martine who was always there to answer questions. I'll defintly recommend this hotel to everyone who is visiting Moab/Arches.

room was good, shower was great, beds were very comfortable, breakfast area was very nice too.

The rooms have a strange layout. The mirror and the vanity with water faucet is not in the bathroom but is combined with the beds area itself and the light above the mirror is extremely harsh. So if you are sharing the room with someone, you cannot brush your teeth, get ready without disturbing the person who is sleeping. I wish the sink was inside the bathroom.

Room was comfortable, breakfast was good, location was good for us walkable to many things. Shout out to "Martin" at the front desk he is a 10 Star employee. He is kind, efficient and always attempts to accommodate your needs. We had an issue with a gift card we had and he definitely had the patient to figure out how to make it work and with a smile. It is rare now days to find someone who likes their job, it shows that he likes to help people.

There was nothing on this trip not to like.

The room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was amazing- hot eggs, sausage, fried potatoes with vegetables, fresh fruit, yogurt, pastries and more!

The A/C didn’t work and we waited at least a half hour before they changed our room. My husband had to leave to get a tire fixed and the lady didn’t even off we to help me move all my stuff. She just handed me the new keys and didn’t even apologize for the problem or the wait.

Everything from the check in process to the welcome on arrival with smiling faces at reception, specially Vicky. 24 hours tea & coffee is a bonus! The best sleep I had on the super comfortable mattress and pillow! The best part of the stay was the staff... Very helpful, smiling and gave such a positive vibe to the place. Thank you for your smiles!

Nothing at all... Everything was spot on!

Very helpful staff, very responsive maintenance staff on an issue, very large room, great location near shops and restaurants, daily replacement of toiletries.

Breakfast was a reasonable selection and quantity, but exactly the same every day. Eggs were the pre-made in bulk version, and not very good. Never provided bacon, only offered sausage patties.

The staff was friendly, ck in was a snap. The place was clean. What impressed me was the breakfast. Scrambled eggs sausage, biscuits, pancakes/waffles amongst the other regular things of bagels, fruit, cereal yogurt. Not many places have a breakfast like this. The location was close to town. In my opinion a very nice experience indeed.
