The staff worked very hard keeping the hotel clean and everyone was friendly and polite. The laundry room was a very nice and helpful amenity for us.

The signage (all signs) from the street in front are hidden by tree foliage. It was hard to see until we were right there. It would have been nice to have a pool towel collection bag at each pool door.

Quiet location. Comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast. We did a sunrise photography very early, and when we got back, breakfast was over; but, they hadn't put away the food yet and we were able to get a good breakfast for the day. Temperature in the room was comfortable.

Bathroom was small - just a shower and toilet.

My fitted sheet was pilly and rough. I should've made a note to housekeeping that it should be tossed in the trash. Also, I had my own dog waste bags that I used, but the outdoor pet area did not have any bags for the 2 days I was there.

Clean rooms, exceptional staff (very friendly, very accommodating), delicious fresh breakfast.

We were really, really looking forward to use of the pool and spa (one of the main reasons we booked this hotel), but it was out of order during our entire stay. Very disappointing.

I was told our room was just cleaned but they did not do a good job. There was trash in the bathroom trash can, there were things on the floor and thing on the table. It was not cleaned. When I told the front desk, all they said was "I'm sorry you didn't have a good stay"

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. There was a sitting area down the hall on the second floor where we were staying, and I thought that was a nice touch.

We arrived a couple hours early and wished we could have checked in early.

quiet peaceful hotel with small outdoor, covered pool, 24h coffee, clean with convenient parking for private cars - convenient place to visit Arche NP and Canyonlands NP

no fresh products for breakfast (eggs, vegetables) - but unfortunately this is the case in many hotels in the USA

It was a good breakfast, the room was clean, they sink was outside the bathroom, I loved that you could cancel your reserved room up until check-in time, which is great if you have a canceled fight or are only listed on standby. I would stay here again!

Very nice hotel. Very comfy clean room but it was quite small. Not enough space for suitcases, etc. Lots of furniture though. Beds were nice and comfy. Clean spacious bathroom/shower. Wonderful breakfast with lots of choices.

Pool and hot tub were not open, on booking it said open , but it was closed "due to cleaning". We waited around 30 mins for breakfast on the second day as the staff for breakfast were AWOL.
