We liked the set up of the rooms. We liked the multi outlets that were available and that the television was a good quality. The bed was extremely comfortable. Might be more more comfortable than our one at home. Unfortunately, everyone is extremely nice. I am sad. I did not get her name. I forgot to ask, but a blonde lady that checked me in in the evening was very kind to our dog. We were given a treat bag and when I left my phone at the desk, she brought it all the way up to the room for me and it was very gracious. You should be very glad to have such a great person working for you when we get to come back to Moab we will definitely be staying with you again.

Modern rooms, comfy bed. I slept well. I liked that the room were equipped with microwave and fridge, which allow guests to cook in the room and keep food safe. I also really liked the facilities by the pool for guests to cook food on the grills or to gather around the fire pits. It must be great for families. It makes for a relaxed atmosphere where guests can genuinely take a load off and not be forced to eat at restaurants (all the time). I also like that the pool (and the hot tub) is large with room for many guests and that it is open until late. Plenty of opportunity to chill out. It was great that there is a small convenience store with food, snacks, toiletries, souvenirs and post cards for sale by the front desk. The fitness room and laundry facilities also seemed great, although I didn't make use of it. Staff was friendly and great. When WIFI was not coorporating, they called the IT department and had the WIFI reset right away. Breakfast has lots of great choices. All was kept clean and inviting. I enjoyed my stay and will stay here again.

I really had nothing I didn't like. No complaints!

The lady in charge of the morning breakfast was super. I told her I appreciated that she went to many of the guests to check if we were okay or needed anything. Nice added touch. She told me she had been instructed not to "interact with the guests". My thought, especially as a retired psychologist, is that her checking on us and her concern was a special added expression of care from your facility to those of us staying there. If we return to Moab, we will likely choose to stay at your motel again mainly because of her kindness and concern. Please pass this on to this woman. Our mornings with you were October 7th and 8th of this year. Thank you.

I liked the location on the edge of town and ease of getting to all the National Parks. Good parking spaces and easy to get around inside. Good sound proofing. Nice big room with view over pool and hills. Very comfortable beds. Fantastic bathroom with shower and big basin top for toiletries. Nice pool. Quiet lifts. Lots of washing machines and dryers. Pretty garden all around.

Decor in room rather dark brown-a bit depressing. No fresh air as non-opening windows. Awkward to eat meals in room as the chairs were different and didn’t fit together at desk/table. Virtually no shade at pool - please plant a few trees!

Very clean and nice room. Sausages and hot sauce at breakfast were good.

Body wash was almost empty and ran out after 1 of us showered. Location wasn’t great, quite far from restaurants and bars in town so you still have to drive to dinner. Nothing in walking distance. Breakfast had pretty limited options and almost nothing healthy, savoury or gluten-free (sausages and scrambled eggs were the only savoury options as a celiac). GF bread would be good to have and some savoury spreads. Yoghurt was way too sweet.

I didn’t like having to get my key redone each afternoon. Got to our 2nd floor room each afternoon and key wouldn’t work. Go downstairs and front desk asked how long were we staying. Said a couple more days just like our reservation was for. Ok, it looks like it was only keyed for one day. Same thing happened the next day etc. This is why I only rated front desk as good. They were polite etc just thought the key thing was strange. Besides a truck blocking us in at the overflow parking, everything else was great!

Self serve breakfast was good, 24-access to hot water/coffee/tea. Wifi was strong. We had our dog with us and the hotel did not charge a separate dog free. Also, the hotel had many convenient grassy areas near the exits/entrances with access to free doggy bags which was very helpful, especially in the evenings when the temperatures dropped to freezing or below. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff was also friendly and helpful. Although the hotel is a bit out of the main part of town (so we had to drive a few minutes to get food), we would be happy to stay there again during future visits to Moab because of all of the services and amenities provided.

Hotel has online check in facility. They take your ID on line. So there is no hustle while check in. Similar Check out is just drop in key. Breakfast is good but all 4 days same thing in BF. Some variety they can bring in. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Room was quiet and no disturbance from near by rooms.

Just outside the room there was ice dispensing machine. A little bit inconvenience but it was tolerable. Restaurants are not at walking distance. Next time I may look for hotel near to restaurants.

The staff were ALL amazing. Very friendly, helpful and went out of their way several times to accommodate our needs. Breakfast was good. Wish there had been more fresh fruit options but staff explained they had been having difficulty with supply chain. I'm not a sweet eater in the morning but the pancake and waffle machines looked pretty cool :) They were super sweet with my dog and the hotel has good spaces for her to walk and explore. I also found a great hike 5-10 minutes from the hotel where she and I could get some good exercise. Hotel was clean and quiet. Outdoor space was comfortable and relaxing.

My stay was very good, and I had a great experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, my room and the facilities were very clean, the pool and patio area was exceptional (very big with nice views), the outdoor seating was nice, the fitness room was adequate albeit a bit small (I liked that it had a window) and I loved that there was a hot tub in the pool area.

My only negative feedback was about the breakfast... the fake eggs are just not good and there could have been a bit more fresh options to select from like maybe hard boiled eggs and more fresh fruit than just apples. (I saw this in others' reviews too...)
