The place was beautiful - the room was really nice and clean and modern. There was a really nice garden around. The host was really kind even though her english was limited. The room was cleaned everyday. The location was perfect - only a few minutes drive to Follonica and beaches. Breakfast was sufficient - not many things to choose from, but it was delicious.

The Wi-Fi was not working. We informed the host who tried to restart it but it did not help. The lack of a proper trashbin. There was a tiny one in the bathroom but we would appreciate a larger one in the room or a trashcan on the property. The mosquitoes! But this is something you cannot affect. Bring a good repellent. :)

Quiet and secluded very private. Nice place to get away from city.

Bed was hard and air conditioning was not working. But they did try to fix it Technician came out but needed a part. Came back next morning and fixed it.

Cold bathroom floors, the only thing!

Nothing really. Not the best views and property could do with a pool but all of this was known before we booked do no complaints.

Overall, the place has a lot of charm but definitely needs some TLC. The bathroom, in particular the shower , is in need of attention and could use some updates. Check-in was a bit tricky for us. We received a link to submit our details on the morning of our arrival, but since we were traveling from another location with poor signal, completing the process was difficult. There’s a narrow spiral staircase which may not be ideal for everyone. Thankfully, there’s an alternative outdoor staircase accessible with the room key, which is much more comfortable to use.

Room was nice, good beds, quiet place.

Shower was cold, no smoking detection in the complete house.
