Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There was a shuttle bus available at any time. The breakfast was varied, fresh and tasty. All facilities were very clean. If you stay at the Landhotel, you may need to go to the neighbouring hotel for breakfast. It is a two-minute walk. The generous checkout time is also a great advantage.

Due to arriving on a late flight, we wanted to sleep later. While we had a late check out time, it would have been even better if the bedroom curtains blocked out more light. This is a minor observation on an overall very comfortable stay.

It's a very quiet and comfortable place, perfect for a short stay before a morning flight. The village is tranquil and safe. There was a shuttle service, but I didn't use it. Still, it's great to have this option. The receptionist was very clear and helpful.

It felt a bit weird to arrive and find a note on the door that there was no one at the desk, so I was supposed to go to another hotel by the same group to check in. It would have been more convenient to know it in advance that after certain hour, one needs to stop there first. If a guest didn't speak English or German, he/she would be really confused.

The staff responded right away to requests and issues. The room was clean. Luckily there wasn't anyone else staying in the hotel as the walls are rather thin and close to the road. But it was about what we expected for the shape of the house.

The room was a bit expensive for the quality. The room seemed a bit older. Furniture scratched and the wicker chair filling apart. The check in was a little confusing since you had to go to another hotel to check in by another name about a block and a half away. But it was the cheapest in the area and it suited what we needed.

the staff was very nice and helpful, the room was exactly what they offer on your site and was a good deal for the reason I booked it and would stay again if I was local or at the sister hotel.

The only complaint if you can call it was the bed as it was a little short and small as I am a tall person but it was exactly as described on the site so not an issue I didn't know about but other than that, no complaints.

The room in the annex house was very good for my overnight stay. Everyone is friendly and the food in restaurant was just amazing (Jager snitzle) it's a short 15 minute walk to the airport Hahn but there is a free shuttle bus when required. This was my first visit to Lautzenhausen and looking forward to my return trip in a weeks time

The room was very clean and specious. Everything necessary was available in the room. It was from walking distance coming from Frankfurt Hahn Airport.

There was no one when we reached the building. Later, we knew we have to go somewhere else to pick up the building and room key, and then come to the building to get into the room. I wish I was informed beforehand so we could directly go to that address instead of wasting our time waiting what to do, who to ask and going back and forth for the keys.

The hotel is 20 min away from Hahn airport by walking. For us was perfect because we had to catch flight in a early morning. It was a good one night stay. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was fine.

We reserved a room with a double bed but we had two separate beds. Since we arrived super late and we were exhausted after traveling, we decided just to stay in this room.

The friendly staff couldn't have been more helpful and the room was very clean. The village of Lautzenhausen was lovely; and quiet even though it was close to the airport.

It's not a complaint but just I didn't know about the handy kitchen you could use and I may have made use of it, had I known.

We absolutely loved the beds & the hotel we stayed in however we were very disappointed to find out our plane tickets took us to another airport so the city this hotel was located in everyone said there was nothing to do but stay at the airport. I would recommend some shops to be opened possibly by the locals to make anyone who gets stuck again for a whole day at the airport not feel like they were just dumped in the middle of no where. I think the town could be quite charming as the hotel also had a very nice dinner/restaurant which made the entire stay much nicer!! Thank you so much for that!!

Quick proximity to the Hahn airpirt ( 5 minutes ) and the 24 hour free shuttle service provided by the hotel. I liked the late checkout ( up to 2 pm ) as I stayed overnight , slept in and then had lunch before taking my 5 pm flight to London. The front desk staff and the restaurant staff are very friendly. Excellent quality food.

Be aware the Landhotel hotel is owned by the My Way hotel and is a 5 minute walk away once you are dropped off. I arrived late so the driver took me over in the van. The hotel is in a little village. 🙂
