Big, comfortable room with porch, good breakfast. You can also have other meals in this restaurant and the food was good. Nice and maintained property. Nice location on top of the cliffs. Very nice sunset view. Staff is helpful and friendly. And the owner (Frank), who also lives there, went over expectations helping us with the situation when ferry from the island was cancelled on our departure date. (At the end the best option was to wait for next day.) You will need a scooter or a car to explore the island and Frank can organize it for you (pick up and return at the property). There is not much traffic on the island which makes selfdriving enyojable and google maps works just fine. Some other info: in feb 24 white island (sandbank) was P550 for a boat, good for 4 people + P50 pp for environmental fee. Starts at 5:30 am. A lot of parking space there. I was the only one searching for the corals there with not much success. :( Mantinique island: 750 for boat (up to 6 ppl) + 75 pp. And +75 pp for snorkeling in the marine park on the island payable on the island - a lot of fish there, the reef is 2-3m deep, so corals are not that close. But it is nice. 3 hours are more than enough. Giant clams sanctuary is still closed. They are waiting for the government approval. You wont be able to swim where the clams are, but the beach narby has quite a good corals (but nothing special). Try the cold and hot water pools on the island, there are many and all maintained quite well. Entry fees 50 or 75pp. Check Beehive restorant some 5km down the road for a drink or dinner with the sunset view in a Gaudi inspired environment :) If you plan to visit the island mainly for the snorkeling, I would pick some other destination. Beware that there are limited options to get to the island or to leave it. Ferry to Jagna(Bohol) can be cancelled any day. So you can buy a ticket only at the port on a departure date...

Extremely Beautiful location! It has a perfect sunset view with the cliffs, and you can swim to the ocean from there! (There's steps to the ocean) The gardens are also immaculately clean, and so are the rooms. The beds are comfortable, the aircon is cold, the WIFI is fast! (There's starlink) and the breakfast is really plentiful and filling! (Tocino with 2 scrambled eggs, rice and cereal with milk and fruits and brewed coffee - what more can you ask for?) The resort also serves dinner and the fried chicken and garlic rice and mango shake were so delicious. And finally the staff are pleasant, you can ask them what you want and they do their best to attend to you. Overall will highly recommend!

I loved the scenic view of the blue sea and the volcanic mountain that’s shrouded in clouds at the peak. The fantastic sunset views featured in their website? It’s true and I witnessed it myself for succesive days. The villa is well-maintained and the staff clean it everyday when we’re away on tours for the day. Airconditioning was good, internet signal very strong, clean water from the faucet, a refrigerator, kettle and coffee supplies, nice bathroom with basic toiletries, nice beds. Very spacious, natural light coming from the windows and the huge glass doors over looking the veranda and the seascapes views! It’s also spacious with plenty of space to move around. The only down side I think is they need to add more lighting in the room so the guests have the option if they want it dim or bright. They also have a generator that turned on when there was a brownout. This one could be a deal breaker as brownouts are common in Camiguin. It could be a huge plus factor for all inns there. The veranda is also spacious with a hammock, a long bench, a rocking chair and two bamboo chairs, plus a nice long wooden table that we used for breakfast one time and where I brewed my coffees (with the fantastic view each morning). The food in their restaurant were all superb (except for the pancake). I would highly recommend the premium pizza and match that either with the carbonara or bolognese pasta. Staff were all very courteous, helpful, smiling and eager to please. I coordinated with them the Transport going back to Benoni Port. The price, I think, for the value I got, was quite a steal!

I like the rooms.. spacious, clean, bedding is comfy. Good selection of cable tv channels. Wifi works. Breakfast is good overall. Staff is very attentive and accomodating. Great sunset view. Very peaceful.

The hotel.is far from stores, bars and restaurants in the town proper. Renting a scooter is highly encouraged.. if you dont do scooters, dont book here.. Camiguin public transportation doesnt usually go all the way to this hotel and they finish by 7 to 8 pm at the latest. Otherwise its a nice hotel for the price. Also, they skimp on the meats for the free breakfast.. but its a heavy one since you get a side of cereal/oatmeal+ fruits or pancake + fruits on top of your main dish.

Absolutly everything! We stayed in the ocean view villa for 2 nights as a party of 4, and it blew us away! It exceeded our expectations in every way. It was spacious, clean, had everything we needed, and the view was ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL, I loved the fact you could walk down steps to have a swim in the sea and watch the sunset. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained, and the resort was secured at night, which was reassuring. The staff were all absolutely amazing, very welcoming and accommodating! We only ate once in the restaurant and it didn't disappoint. This was my first time in the phillipines and this resort was by far my favourite.

Absolutely nothing

The apartment was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed, AC, and water pressure were all excellent. It was also incredibly quiet, making it perfect for rest. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, and the property has a generator in case of power outages. The host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

The Starlink Wi-Fi didn’t reach the apartment consistently. The connection was weak most of the time. However, the internet at the restaurant (where the router is) is very fast.

The staff are very friendly, breakfast was also included which was perfect, the green grass is perfect for kids to play and run around (just not too close to the cliff) WiFi is the fast and did fail us unlike the neighbouring resorts, the view is breathtaking, the cleanliness is also great, our stay was worth the money. The staff are also very friendly towards my son, which was a plus!

The bed was a little too high, specially when you have a toddler (but i think perfect for average height caucasian person, easy to stand up), but in the villa accommodation it was perfect height. At the cliff villa we expected to have a kitchen like the other room but unfortunately there wasn’t, it would be nice to have a tiny kitchen since it’s for group accommodation.

I had a fantastic visit to Camiguin and my stay for 4 nights at this resort. Wonderful hilltop/cliff view location. Excellent location on the island. Easy for exploration. I rented a motorbike (with the help of the resort) and it was safe and easy to get around. The property is modern and well appointed. The owner lives on the property and together with his staff are totally focused on giving you a great experience on the island. They have an excellent restaurant for breakfast and other meals. And will gladly help you plan your activites with suggestions. Good wifi. Good AC and amenities as well. I spent several weeks in the Philippines and this island and my stay was one of my top highlights. Enjoy the island and I highly recommend Tongatok for your stay.

Great staff and location, very peaceful area with a beautiful view. We arrived after the restaurant‘s closing time and they cooked our dinner and left it in the apartment (they also adapted our food to our dietary needs). Easy motorbike rental: we had our scooter available for the whole stay at a fair price. Very efficient laundry service.

The apartment had a kitchen but no stove, so it was impossible to cook. Also there was nothing to wash dishes.
